Her defence is so cringy like she thinks she's in a drama movie or something.

this video cements exactly why i keep a good distance from these stupid ass keene state fuckers, if you wanna go to a REAL party school with actually cool people just go to plymouth
very nice seeing nh represented in the 'massively retarded citizens' dept tho.
EDIT:
oh even better, it was in jaffrey court lmao, the free keene thing is just the retarded Free Stater movement that started a few years back
I live in NH further north. What's this 'Free Stater' thing?
"I find it an insult to my intelligence"
Representing yourself in court over a speeding ticket. Maybe your not that intelligent. The only way you win those if you don't do the talking and the officer writing the ticket fucked up writing it down.
Not anymore, or like, ever in the US. "My car is white, the officer wrote down beige" "Oh, ok, whoops, anyways how do you plead?" Nobody gets off on minor errors.

Are you sure about that? My friend once got a parking ticket (not quite the same thing, I know) and got it dismissed because they wrote the license plate number one digit off, despite all the other details (make, model, color, VIN) right.

basically a lot of fuckin' libertarians decided that because we dont have sales tax and we have a high quality of life, they should mass-migrate to our state and take it over as a low-government safe haven
then the whole opioid epidemic started and it lost a LOT of traction, but there's still plenty of folks who see our peaceful state as some last bastion against organized government

Then they got very lucky.
Minor clerical errors are routinely ignored in court, unless there is good cause to argue that they are deliberate. If there's pictures of an event, and a number gets transcribed incorrectly, you are out of luck. If it's written down correctly in one location, and incorrectly in another, you are out of luck.
I laughed when she says "Okay, was I driving erratically, or unsafely?" and the cop just pauses, makes dead eye contact and says "..You were speeding" and then you hear the clock ticking really loudly over the dead silence

"It even says not legible on it" fucking LOL
agh the way she smugly says "no further questions." before sitting down like Ace Attorney
how embarassing
Smells like a sovereign citizen.
That officer has fabulous eyelashes. They really make his eyes pop.
