Greco-Roman was a bit hard for me to pick up at first, because I kept going for the legs, but then it got easier for me as I got used to it.
Suplexing is always fun :D
idk i'm not in wrestling but we had a free hour or so in summer PE today so i asked the coach to teach me to wrestle, and he told me he would teach me if i could do 100 pullups, 200 pushups, and 300 squats by the end of the hour. i did the pushups and squats with a few seconds left but only did ~15 pullups because i can't do em.
i'm pretty fit and active for my age i guess, but that killed me and i am still having a hard time sitting down. but it was fun and i think i want to do it again in a few days.
haha get used to it. You're body will be better able to handle the process of being broken down and building back up as you do more intense workouts. It seems overwhelming at first but that's just you being a bitch everyone has to grow out of it.
Don't feel bad about not being able to do the 100 pull ups many people can't even do 1. If you want to show the coach that you are serious just work so hard that you puke next practice.
good idea
we're actually moving on to the wrestling/weightlifting unit next to hopefully i can puke sometime in there
okay so i was playing a game called slapback with the wrestlers yesterday and idk how to explain it but i got flipped over so many times that i bruised my ribs and chest and it hurts to breathe big breaths but it was really fun so i'm going to do it again tomorrow woo
