As long as the card doesn't cost my entire bank account and run's everything i want it to fine i dont give a fuck who made it tbh.
My 5770 is hella loud.
No sound here..
I agree with this video. My GTS250 is fucking OBNOXIOUS.
1) MSI Afterburner 2) Custom fan profiles Problem solved.
I don't get why Nvidiafags and ATIfags have to argue, it's just as bad as the console war. They're both good companies and they both make cards that are equally as powerful as their counterpart.

General performance isn't the only aspect that should be placed into consideration when comparing two opposing series. Other considerations may include power consumption, heat output, and the need for certain proprietary features such as PhysX and CUDA. Performance wise, it's also quite significant depending on which cards/models are available at the moment, as well as which aspect of performance you are looking at. For instance, Some of the Radeon cards will perform better than the mid-range Fermi cards (such as the 460 and 465) under DX10, whilst the mid-range Fermi cards can some times blow away the high end Radeon cards in DX 11. For those that are interested in GPU computing, some of the cheaper cards made by one company can significantly outperform its counterpart in double precision calculations

People have to stop arguing about them. But I have to say, Nvidia has more features such as PhysX and CUDA whilst ATi has the most powerful desktop card available.

A GTX480 can beat a 5970 in a handful of DX11 games, and comes real close in most others. DX10 included. Just sayin.

I don't think about brand when it comes to buying a new GPU, I just look at both companies and see which one has the cheapest to power ratio in my budget for that moment in time.

The 8800gt sounds like that dental drill but I still <3 it.

Not that is really going to matter since it'll all be properly standardized in the next couple of years through OpenCL and DirectX 11.
