You have to be 18 to buy it, It's in the terms of service. But If you got the ones without Nicotine it wouldn't matter what age you are. So i am not for sure on the age deal.

Just to clarify if you exhale this [b]water[/b] vapour it is not second hand [b]smoking[/b] because there is no smoke exhaled. Water vapour with nicotine particles is completely harmless when exhaled and will not get anyone addicted to smoking. The main bad ingredient in cigarettes and rollies is tar, it clogs your lungs, turns them black and cancer can be an end product. Nicotine will not kill you people, it is not 100% safe but it can not and will not kill you. I smoke I did my research so I smoke rollies because they are healthier than normal cigarettes. Reason is you choose how much tobacco you put in the paper and there is no chemicals to bulk up the rollie, also the cyanide that is in the cigarettes is in the gum which sticks it together so every time I lick the gum of the paper to stick it together I am licking cyanide. So what right?

Although it may be healthier, it won't catch on fully for a long time (if ever), alot of people (including myself) simply like the action of smoking a cigarette, and the things that accompany it. The buzz, blowing the smoke, having something in their hand, lighting it, whatever. Little things keep you coming back to them. Although this is the healthier option, and is truly a flawless way of delivering the world's favourite drug, I can't see it ever beating real tobacco.

I'm positive you can use these indoors because at the mall near my there is a booth that sells E-cigarettes and the salesman always smokes them, obviously to get peoples attention. If he can smoke it while in the mall, then I'm sure it's allowed elsewhere.

There are tons of electronic cigarettes out there, I got a 10 dollar one with 10 filters and I quit smoking in 2 weeks. I was also allowed to use it at work which is pretty fucking cool.
