It's very strange to write a long, astonishingly misinformed, kinda hateful article before ending on a similarly misinformed (describing binary trans people then following it up with a problem for non-binary trans people) "but y'know, whatever makes people happy I guess."
Like, what was your point in the first place...?
the whole thread is even funnier if you read the last two sentences of jeremy clarksons opinion about transgenderism. it was stuck behind a paywall till last night
I knew he wasn't Transphobic.

Haha I am replying to you.
Uhm, I would consider moving to a friends house (or another family members) for a while and work it out from there.
Best to relax first then work it out, plus since you would be living with a friend or family member, they would be able to help you find a place to live.
Your situation sounds like hell and it probably is hell so the best thing is to just get to another house.
If you don't have any friends or family members, then maybe go to the police station and see if they can help you.
I am not sure what it's like in your country, but I think Police Stations do consider taking people in for the night, and they might be able to give you some advice.
Not having to pay rent really helps save money. At this rate I can afford SRS in about a year or so. I'm kind of nervous and scared of the prospect. It feels like a goal that's within reach but I'm so terrified, I want it so bad but I'm so worried about having surgery. I've never had surgery before but I'm not so afraid of the surgery part it's more so the pain and upkeep of a neovagina or complications that could occur. That's what I'm afraid of.
Somehow in my mind it's still something I want. I'll see about that in a year.
So currently in Washington state, lawmakers are trying to repeal a law protecting the rights of people to use locker rooms and facilities that match their gender identity. There's going to be a hearing on Wednesday and I was wondering if any of you might end up going to Olympia to support the protection. There's supposed to be a big gathering of trans and allies to show support.
Some more info on the law: http://www.thestranger.com/blogs/slog/2016/01/06/23344176/get-ready-for-the-right-wing-backlash-over-washingtons-new-transgender-bathroom-policy
pff, napoleon.
i myself am more of a genghis khan.
Man, waiting for appointments is the worst. Started actively trying to get HRT on the tail end of 17, I'm 19 now and still waiting. Have heard fuck all from the mental health services or the endo since October and you get put straight through to an automated thing when you call.
Absolutely infuriating.

She is clearly inspired by everyone's favourite sassy talking cat.
At the rate I'm going I'd be lucky if I can start HRT before 24...
Went and saw a counselor for the first time and they're getting me set up to talk to someone weekly.
Gonna attempt to go private. Can't live with GIC fucking me around so much.
Good bye money.
Wish me luck.

I encourage you to reconsider! It can be very scary but 100% worth it, and it's so easy to find a reason to talk yourself out of doing it.
So I finally called the Child Mental Health hospital (which is where my GP referred me to) and now I've got an appointment for the 23rd of February and they're gonna send me a letter too apparently with all that info on it and where I'm going, I asked for some time off at work on that day so hopefully I can get it and I should be able to get to the place easy considering the bus is literally the same bus I used to catch when I went to school so it should be easy.
Now all I gotta do is come out for the time being, which probably wont happen but eh.
I got me some Harley Quinn thigh highs. ❤

Coming out is usually a lot easier then you think it is.
How do you think your family will react?

It can be nerve racking leading up to coming out but as soon as you say the first words the rest just follow and if your family is supportive it feels so much better.

I had my sister come out to my parents for me. I had talked to her prior to my parents visit so she knew already. It helps relieve the tension of being there during impact.

Well considering last time I tried I nearly got disowned, called a freak, called selfish, told to move far away from my family and they tried to convince me I wasn't trans, course after this I managed to 180 it and call it a phase and that's what they still think so it won't be easy at all and there's a good chance I will get kicked out

Ouch. Well... Do you have anyone trustworthy you can stay with? Perhaps a family member you know'll be supportive?
I don't know how the law works in the UK but there should be something in place to help people like you. Perhaps a UK facepuncher can find something. If you ever need to talk to someone just message me on steam and I'll try to reply as best I can.
This is true.
