Hey guys I have a buddy who's pre-female to male transition and wants to get stronger so he'll have an easier time doing more exercise once he has started taking hormone injections and stuff. I'm gnna give him a hand and I was thinking three days a week of simple compound lifts alongside some cardio, think this'll be alright?

Fucking hell my mum is going physco She opened my fucking mail today which was about me signing up for voting and she opened it thinking it was for her barely opened it to get into the contents This is complete bullshit because it clearly says my name in block capitals and has a giant bold text on the front saying YOUR VOTE MATTERS. She's gotten suspicious about my gender letter which I've kept her in the dark about and is now on the lookout for any more that come which is completely fucked for me since I've got one coming soon. I know it's super illegal for what she did but that shit wont fucking stop her. I'm fucked, I am well and truly fucked. The best option here is for me to get myself kicked out so I can get the fuck out of there, I can't go on living this giant lie and keeping all of my life secret to them, but I just can't bring myself to it

This is like the first time I have enough privacy to do this type of stuff. I don't know what doesn't or what does go with my skin color. :v:

I'm suspecting part of the problem was that I was using a facial scrub with those microbeads. Anytime I used it, I'd break out. Trashed it, and acne levels went down significantly. Most of what I get is limited to where facial hair would be.
