Did they really recreate some cutscenes and evidently all the different boss battle cutscenes in the new FOX engine just for a pachinko game? Why though? For what purpose?

Thanks Japan. That wouldn't happen if not for their love for gambling games.
Pachinko machines have a lot of $$$ poured into their visuals.
I wish I could take pictures of some of the ridiculously huge and loud slot machines we have in Vegas. They have so much work put into them with some very HD screens.
Fuck me i'd have loved to have seen MGS3 redone in a game like this, but a pachinko machine? fuck you Konami seriously just fuck you!
That machine looks awesome though
Fuckonami remains to be relevant.
This cuts in my heart.
Thank's for raping the corpse of my favorite franchise Konami.
Man I wish I was super rich I would buy the rights, tech to MGS and just give it to Kojima
Don't call an ambulance this is how i was meant to die in absoulte agony and rage this is the death we deserve
thanks konami for recreating one of the best emotional moments in videogame history for a pachinko machine
haha you can tell the boss' base model is quiet
I just want them to make a MGS3 remake at this point, but that's never happening.
I expected them to make a MGS themed pachinko machine to be honest, the real kick in the nuts will come when they announce an actual new MGS game
haha you can tell the boss' base model is quiet
How can you tell?
How can you tell?
shes got the same face but retextured. the eyes give it away [editline]2nd June 2016[/editline] the model's been edited a bit obv like her lips but they're not gonna make a whole new model for pachinko when they can just edit quiets
Maybe it's a secret nod to a MGS3 remake?
did they really fucking use fox engine to remake scenes from metal gear solid 3 all for a fucking pachinko machine?
This just looks like regular CG to me, not like MGSV's graphics.

theyve edited the lower half a bit but top half is just quiet
I expected them to make a MGS themed pachinko machine to be honest, the real kick in the nuts will come when they announce an actual new MGS game
I just hope it's a reboot because then it will be easier to pretend it doesn't exist. A bit like Phantom Pain, to be honest.
I'd say we should start a kickstarter to garner the money to buy the MGS rights from Konami then give them to Kojima, but Konami don't deserve the fucking money.
Is there a reason Konami said fuck it,we don't like games anymore? I have never seen a company be so open about being dicks and be okay with it.
the jokes are real so is the pain
This kills the snake
Is there a reason Konami said fuck it,we don't like games anymore? I have never seen a company be so open about being dicks and be okay with it.
In Japan they are lobbying for a change in gambling laws to permit 24hour operation, and the fact it all comes down to money, they would make alot more on gambling machines than they do games, the new CEO of Konami is proving himself to be a real cunt.
I just wish they'd sell/license the Fox engine, because what it can do is pretty amazing.
Man I want those remade assets.
At this point I think Konami might actually subsist on negative reactions.
