I know a guy which live in a house were there were an occupation base agiangst the nazi germany which had overthrown Norway in ww2. if he search the walls of the house he can find many bullets etc.
My uncle has a Japanese Arisaka rifle, don't remember which type though. My grandfather apparently acquired it in New Guinea, dissembled it, and brought it home.
Those can be difficult to come by, because crews did not dump the shell when they fired, they were often taken back to be rearmed. and plus they are relatively large so it would be a luck find, im sure most people have already picked them.
Well, they're still finding a lot of tanks lying around in the mud,
i think i got chances :v:
Colt Police Positive Special
M91/30
M1 Helmet
.50 cal ammo can
AK-47 bayonet
81mm Mortar box
It's not all WWII but they're just things I've collected over the years. I know it's not much.

my guess its a later model? or possibly a reproduction?
My grandpa got a very old sword, dont know where it from but it looks pretty ancient
I have a .50 cal ammo box, some old Japanese propaganda-type stuff, a bayonet, my grandfather's dog tags and other assorted miscellanea.

The Japanese things are the most interesting, large, ornately done books. No clue what they actually are, but I assume propaganda because they're from that era.

I'll see if I can take some pictures when I get home, don't know where my dad's been keeping it though.
Not exactly WW2 but I've got tons of Communist and Modern Russian badges and emblems. Got a m79 ammo tin in storage and a Russian officer's hat at my friends house. Said friend also has a spent LAW and LAW carrying case. Oh and I have a full WW2 101st Airborne dress uniform I picked up in an antique shop a few years back.
I'll get pics if ya want

I'd love to see the LAW and the 101st uniform
I have a metal detector but don't know where to look, me and a fiend found a large piece of iron, I think it was part of a steam train, it had a hole in the middle and a rubber grip attacked to a long pole.
I'd love to see the LAW and the 101st uniform
The LAW is at my friends house and my uniform is sadly in storage right now which sucks cause the jacket is fucking warm as hell in winter.
How about a rectal tool kit from the Cold War?
I have a Gestapo Warrent disk, well at least I thought I did until I found out it was a FUCKING REPRODUCTION :suicide:
Wish I had something of value to trade for the pistol, grenade, and gas mask, sadly I have nothing of value that can compare to WW2 relics.
quality sucks cause all I have is my phones camera atm

That Nagant you have is quite nice. I have an Izhevsk from '44 (I think it's '44) and we've since refinished it.
They're so cheap, I don't think refinishing it devalues it much. It's really pretty.

Did somebody in your family raid a soviet medal storehouse or are you the son of a godless communist hero?

Some of those aren't genuine, I recognize the soviet stars as being the plastic/aluminum ones generally mass produced and shipped with contemporary-made ushankas and such. I have a couple myself.
Here, have what I have.

Not pictured: Repro Chinese PLA ushanka, GP-7 gas mask
Finding the genuine versions of this stuff is difficult and expensive.

1940 Mauser in 7.92x57.

Ya the red stars for ushankas are cheap alum and I have tons of em. I also have the same exact soviet officer cap you have.
And fun fact: The CCCP cigarettes are 17 years old and imported from Israel. They taste fucking amazing.
