[QUOTE=Blueplastic;45045548][sp]Well then I better spoiler tag it before people get ideas.[/sp][sp]But it's really obvious[/sp][/QUOTE] Finale [sp]Brienne?[/sp]
[QUOTE=DChapsfield;45045741]Finale [sp]Brienne?[/sp][/QUOTE] shoulder plate picture spoiler thingy [sp]http://i.imgur.com/4xuuxcf.jpg[/sp] so yeah, [sp]brienne[/sp] most likely
[QUOTE=TheFilmSlacker;45045732]I think this will be the best finale yet Which makes sense because this has honestly been the most consistently great season so far.[/QUOTE] It's going to be so packed though.
Sorry but could you guys [i]please[/i] tag your spoilers?
linking because thumb could spoil [url]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gUXTYy96cXk[/url] great now i can't take the scythe scene seriously anymore

I really like the changes they've made in this episode. BOOK [sp]I'm now suitably confused as to how some of the future stuff is going to happen. I wonder if Tormund is going to replace the Magnar of the Thenn in the marriage thing since he's dead, or if they'll just ignore that part.[/sp] Future episode/book[sp]Also, what the fuck @ Brienne meeting Arya? Imo that kinda spoils Arya's arch; I really like that hardly anyone knows about her even being alive still, yet alone someone who actually cares about her wellbeing.[/sp]
next episode/this thread: [sp]Thanks a fucking bunch for the shoulder discussion guys. I didn't think anything of it at all until you argued about it and I ended up realising.[/sp]
The most metal scene ever. [media]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=285O9LLzeDA[/media]
[QUOTE=Sir Whoopsalot;45045374]How the hell can you tell who that is just from their shoulder?[/QUOTE] He saw the reddit post and he's trying to take credit for it.
I really liked this episode but some things bug me, for example I didn't quite see the scale of 100,000 men. I know Mance didn't throw his full force yet but that looked like what 10,000 men would look like, if even that. Giants were fantastic, makes me wonder why they just didn't have them shoot the fuck out of the wall for a few days, I mean their'e walking ballistas. Now for the book spoilers: [sp]So the next episode is going to have Jon go meet Mance and try to kill him by himself, instead of being falsely imprisoned and ordered to do so. I like this change for the show, gives Jon more heroic look, where in books you feel the rise to power more. Yes the last words from Ygritte were cheesy but you know what? I could use some closure before a death after Oberyn (Side note, I like how everyone knows Oberyn now after the last episode, and before that the only name your friends would recognise him as was "The guy who fucks everything"). I still cant wrap my head around why Arya would meet Brienne in the show...[/sp]
[QUOTE=Dissolution;45048740]He saw the reddit post and he's trying to take credit for it.[/QUOTE] Personally, I recognized it, too. [sp]No one else had this clean black armor with that style and the Oathkeeper part makes it even more obvious.[/sp]
Haha, shit, I'm fucked! The episode ended exactly where I stopped reading the books. Back to not knowing what's coming next again! Although I've already spoiled myself with a few major future events. But I mostly [I]know nothing[/I]. SHOW [sp]Which reminds me of the terribly managed Ygritte scene. Why so cheesy? Why so much drama? That wasn't GoT, GoT is supposed to be raw. But a quality episode nevertheless.[/sp]
[QUOTE=Dissolution;45048740]He saw the reddit post and he's trying to take credit for it.[/QUOTE] What the fuck, why would you even think something so stupid like that? [past/future S4 spoilers][sp] Even before I thought they'd find her because of that scene where Hotpie asked them to give that wolf shaped bread to Arya. It's a REALLY stupid scene(or just Hotpie is stupid, I dunno) because they aren't even searching for her and it's gonna turn into shit after few days. Why does that scene even exist?? *wink*wink* Also all the scenes in which that armor is in the center of the attention When you post it here, you can see the huge thumbnail and the shoulderpad clearly which makes it really easy to see compared to just watching the preview. Getting so much shit for pointing out something that isn't even a small detail when you basically post a screenshot lmao [/sp]
Book [sp]wasn't Ygritte's death speech pretty much the same in the book only difference was it was after the battle[/sp]
(Next episode) [sp]I'm excited for Arya and Sansa to meet once again after like two years. And neither of them have aged at all, Sansa just looks a bit more evil. Also in the latest episode when that guy on the Wall got pin cushioned by that giant's arrow reminded me of that Criken Plays Chivalry video with the ballista[/sp]
wtf r they doing with arya ignoring the books completely?
IMO the camera zooming in and panning around in some of the action shots looked really cheesy.
[QUOTE=TheFilmSlacker;45045732]I think this will be the best finale yet Which makes sense because this has honestly been the most consistently great season so far.[/QUOTE] Honestly, it's been the other way around for me. I think I'm finally being exhausted by the gratuitous sex and violence.
[QUOTE=Winner;45046124]Game of Thrones version IV: Preface your spoilers with BOOK or SHOW Game of Thrones version IV: [I][B][U]Preface your spoilers with BOOK or SHOW[/U][/B][/I] Game of Thrones version IV: [highlight]Preface your spoilers with BOOK or SHOW[/highlight] idk how it could be any more obvious[/QUOTE] OK, I really don't understand this? Surely for the most part every spoiler is for the book and the show? Apart from a few people, isn't "so-and-so dies" part of both series?
[QUOTE=lazyguy;45051849]OK, I really don't understand this? Surely for the most part every spoiler is for the book and the show? Apart from a few people, isn't "so-and-so dies" part of both series?[/QUOTE] The show isn't as far in the storyline as the books currently are, so if you haven't read the books but you watch the show and accidentally open a book spoiler thinking it's about the show, you might get things spoiled for you anyway.

Apart from a few people, isn't "so-and-so dies" part of both series?[/QUOTE] The books are way ahead of the show. People who have read all the books already know what's going to happen.
[QUOTE=Carne;45045994]It's going to be so packed though.[/QUOTE] Ozymandias was the most packed episode of Breaking Bad by a long shot. It was also possibly the best episode.
Book [sp]I've never really payed any attention to the fanbases built around characters, but it is hard to not feel some sympathy for Stannis fans. D&D seem to loathe that character with a passion. Whatever impact his heroic rescue of the Nights Watch would have had, will be buried under so many other events in the next episode. It's almost like they're intentionally downplaying his story. That and probably Mel will be the one credited for it while Stannis grimaces somewhere.[/sp]
[QUOTE=Yahnich;45052679]just watched the episode SHOW OBVIOUSLY [sp]i fucking started laughing like a lunatic when i heard ygritte say U NO NUFFIN JUN SNU and that goddamn fucking smug kid i couldn't keep it together, basically ruined the mood i had of the entire battle giggling like a child[/sp][/QUOTE] [B]SHOW |[/B] I swear [sp]that has been the best smug on TV so far this year. But yeah, it killed me too. It was one of those moments that people go crazy at in the cinema.[/sp]

I thought it was alright
[QUOTE=TheFilmSlacker;45056095]Am I the only one who thought SHOW [sp] Ygritte's death [/sp] was perfectly OK?[/QUOTE] [B]SHOW/BOOK[/B] [sp]Didn't really bother me tbh it was the same as the books just with a shorter speech and she says her last words to Jon during the battle instead of finding her after it.[/sp]
