I get a little bothered by some of the changes. But like... i feel as if some characters are done... realy shitly in the tv series in comparison to the books... but at the same time there are a few characters who are better in the tv series. A few are the same... Jamie, davos.. but still
Book danny- Hard-working, generous leader.
Tv danny- Crazy bitch.
Book jon - honourable, solem but occasionally humorous... (rather like Ned)
Tv jon - portrayed as the lead stark child and at the wall as a disloyal, arrogant prick.
Book arya (by far my favourite character) willfull, dangerous, cunning.. at the begining she's described as unattractive and by the end people are calling her pretty and comparing her to her aunt (who was supposed to be so attractive that Robert and Rhaegar went to war for her.)
Tv arya- Stupid child (even though she's older) who's likely to remain unattractive.
I pretty much disagree with this on all accounts.
Jesus christ I barely saw the first episode and [sp] there were like 4 sex scenes [/sp] is this like softcore porn or something
HBO is porn but with a decent story.
8 million dollar porn films
I'd say Theon is in some deep shit now

I think the next episode will be great

Yeah, especially Dany. The book and tv descriptions should be flipped.
Some of the other changes they're making are great. Some are fucking weird.
Podrick payne and his sex skills- absolutely hilarious.
Stillborns in jars- What the fucking fuck? That's so ludicrously out of place... Something i'd see from a post 1800's mad scientist work of fiction.
[sp]Loras rather than willas. I don't think the tv version of loras is in the kingsguard, but the book story seemed more sound. Also, why must they flaunt how much ass Loras gets? [/sp]
Stanis' daughter... well that's one way to introduce her, but davos learning from a maester alongside others made more sense.
Tormund rather than the magnar... How's that going to work out if tormund is going to lead the wildlings in the future?
why have the wilding adopted a uniform appearance? Jon isn't so much as a turncloak as to a boy who's changed his entire uniform.
Also, am i the only one to think that littlefinger/Jorah's voices are really overdone?
Tag the third line up from the bottom
S04E04[sp] Oh my god Ingrid's tits [/sp]

Season 4 episode 4? Don't you mean season 3 episode 5? And her name is Ygritte.
Season 4 episode 4? Don't you mean season 3 episode 5? And her name is Ygritte.
tiiiiiits
and ass
I'm still confused about that. I think brienne has a better body than ygritte
I'd gladly bang both Ygritte and Brienne. At the same time.

All of the above
Snip for spoliers
Have you read through book 5 in the series? Id like to discuss some of your opinions on the show but I dont want to go spoiling things.

Wrong line. Third from the BOTTOM. Same goes for you Ocean Governor. Pretty spoilery for non book readers

there's at least 1 tit per episode. I'd recommend watching it in private unless you want to be in for some awkward situations if your roommate or someone walks in during a sex scene.

Most people have two tits, unless you're referring to the Unsullied guy who had one of them cut off, in which case you'd be correct

I have read book 5, almost twice actually. I've almost finished part one again.
On to the series....
I watch the tv series with my younger brother, mother and my mother's manfriend. I should watch it alone to escape all the awkward sex scenes, but it's not that much of a problem.
Brienne the Beauty in her birthday suit. Obviously NSFW.

can you please for the love of god be a bit more careful when you're looking for things to complain about because some of us haven't read the books and would really not like the future of the wildlings spoiled.
If you're watching GoT and still find watching sex with your parents awkward, you're not old enough to watch GoT

Ah good. Spoiler heavy for book 3-5 then in this post so watch out non-book readers.
[sp]In relation to the stillborns of Stannis, remember how in the book Melisandre used leeches filled with Stannis's blood to work the magic which choked Joff and stuff? I figure they will use these stillborns as substitutes since they technically have the king's blood Mel needs.
I thought the intro of Stannis's daughter as his teacher was just to roll charcters together to save money and time, as well as set her up as more important to the auidience because it appears they also rolled Patchface into her character. It was done with they Tyrells as well with Loras and his brothers.
Loras is not in the Kingsguard in the show but that I think is because they rolled his bother's parts into his. I also dont agree with how they did that Loras scene for if I remember the book correctly Loras was never with anyone after Renly's death, his heart was broken. The scene had to be shoehorned so Littlefinger could bring Tywin the word of the Sansa-Loras wedding but I think it could have been done differently.
The Tormund thing is another issue of HBO rolling characters together, not that I enjoy it but no budget is endless.

anyone wanna play chilvary medieval warfare with me and pretend to be beric and sandor
I thought this was pretty humorous. 4chan has deemed this song to be the theme of the upcoming (slight TWOW spoilers / speculation) [sp]"Cleganebowl"[/sp]

What about gay sex?
I didn't know where was a point in time where watching sex scenes in movies with your parents there too was not awkward

[sp]The bastard is such a bastard. He's enjoying himself, what the fuck do the Boltons teach their kids?![/sp]

They don't [sp]teach them anything. If it's going by the book, Ramsay only really got to know his father a short while ago. Before that, he was raised by his mother whom Roose raped. Roose had no part in raising Ramsay other than "giving" him the original Reek (as a joke).[/sp]

Fair enough, I've not read that far into the books yet, but my understanding was [sp]That the Boltons are sorta infamous for Flaying their enemies, hence their crest and all. And Ramsay is having far too much fun.[/sp]
