B5 [sp]It's actually a large group of NW members who do it.[/sp]
t'was a typo
book 5 spoilrs obviously: [sp]Yes. He recieves a letter from Ramsay Bolton/Mance Rayder (depending on what you believe), wherein Ramsay threatens the Night's Watch, which leads Jon to the decision that they should take up arms against Ramsay, iirc. Then he is stabbed by the other night's watch members.[/sp]
I personally believe [sp]Stannis sent the letter to goad Jon into sending him some extra forces for the siege. There's no way Ramsay sent the letter, too many uses of the word 'bastard' [/sp]
Only open this spoiler if you have read all the books! [sp]Can someone refresh my memory, don't remember this part of the last book, but Jon Snow is killed while commanding Castle Black isn't he?[/sp]
book 5 [sp]it hasnt been confirmed if jon died or not. I cant link a source, but I remember GRRM responding to a question about jon with something along the lines of "Oh, so you think he's dead do you?"[/sp]
Book spoiler [sp]Didn't Jon have a faceoff with a Whitewalker boss sort of creature? I can't remember, but I remember there was some battle that may or may not have happened, and the Whitewalker said something like "You have a lot to learn". Or is my brain being completely fucking retarded and forgetting it completely? I think it happened in the last book outside the North Wall.[/sp]
book 5 [sp]I have no idea what youre talking about, unless youre talking about jon's duel with mance rayder (disguised as rattleshirt).[/sp]
book 5 [sp]I have no idea what youre talking about, unless youre talking about jon's duel with mance rayder (disguised as rattleshirt).[/sp]
Haha you've cleared my doubts. Basically my brain has made up scenarios, like a mash-up of scenes from other books I've read. Sad to realize that battle wasn't real, cause it seemed pretty cool in my head.
Something tells me these aren't his own words.
jesus christ
ah, i just read the quote, i didn't visit the site.

Going to have to wait until 6 to find out.[/sp]
[sp]Pretty sure it's ambiguous at the very end of the book. Going to have to wait until 6 to find out.[/sp]
[sp]It's not that ambiguous. The first thing that happens to him is his throat gets slit. Then he's stabbed at least two more times in different places, I'm pretty sure he's dead. The question is, will he come back through the Mel or not. I'm 99% sure he will. Else his story was complete rubbish.[/sp]

However I do beleive he is 'dead' (as a Warg can be) there are two main reasons he is obviously coming back; one is the hints of his importance (R+L) and AA (mel and himself see's/dreams as him as AA and mel also see's a 'man, a wolf, then a man again' which sounds like Death->Ghost->Reborn); the other hint is his chapter ends on '...' much like Theons in CoK (where he survives) and unlike every other chapter where someone is killed. I assume they would get no more as everyone would start killing each other right after that point. Regardless of this I did agree with you he most likely will be 'dead' but what I was trying to say his story is 100% not over. [/sp]

i dont find any GOT parodies funny. might be cus they're all bad??? idk
i dont find any GOT parodies funny. might be cus they're all bad??? idk
its not really a show you can do a good parody of honestly.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/zW86Qko.jpg[/t]
No idea who the actor is but he's fantastic in the scene where he tells his story.
I figured out how GoT ends Azor Ahai (whoever the hell it is) dies and the white walkers overrun everything and the last shot of the series is the snowy Red Keep from Daenerys' vision and the ground is littered with frozen bodies and then Larry David wanders in and looks around with an awkward and confused look and the Curb Your Enthusiasm theme plays gonna pitch this to HBO
I would actually like that, even better if we hear the producers say "Who the fuck is that?" And then the camera zooms in the confused Larry David face.
its not really a show you can do a good parody of honestly.
I wonder if there already is a porn parody. That would be kinda weird, considering all the sex there already is - it would be like GoT, only with uglier bodies and worse actors.
