Haha, just got past that episode in BB.
In GoT, when [sp]Tyrion kills Tywin, I felt that it was alluded to very well but so left field. It left you wondering how you didn't see that coming.[/sp]
sorry honest mistake. spoilered last one, no need for names.

Yeah nice spoilers there, pal! Thankfully I'm immune to spoilers but would've been really nice if you'd at least tell us if those were book spoilers.
sorry honest mistake. spoilered last one, no need for names.
actually now that i think about it, i think it's from a feast for crows. i distinctly remember that moment but i haven't gotten around to reading a dance with dragons yet

[sp] It's not from a feast for crows. It's in a Tyrion chapter, of which there are none in AFFC. It's from the end of ASOS[/sp]

Recipes based on the books and show
Anyone who enjoys cooking should buy their recipe book "A Feast of Ice and Fire"
I got it and have made a few recipes like trout wrapped in bacon, honeyed chicken, baked apples and they've been amazing. Cooked some dishes for friends too and they've been really well received!
Are there brewing recipes in it as well?

It's from a storm of swords, one of the last chapters
Welp considering the most recent episode (I've not read the books)
[sp]Considering the entire main plot thread and protagonists regarding the war in the north being killed off, I'm expecting the focus instead to shift to the stark boys and the targarians for next season, maybe focusing entirely on the targarians seeing as the whole stark boys adventure comes off to me as more of a significant side-story than a full fledged main plot thread.
As far as ways to end the series, at this point I'm fully expecting that one of these will happen:
1. Dyneris (sp?) Targaryen gets the iron throne, all is well, except everyone on westoros is pretty much dead lol. Moral of the story: why would you want to rule over SHIT
2. Nobody lives, all the main plot threads are killed off and the "winter comes" along with the white walkers. Somewhere, sam hides in a tree house completely going crazy. Moral of the story: we are all bitches to nature, and our worst enemy is ourselves
3. Everything and everyone involving kings are just killed off. None of the main plot threads live except for the minor plot threads. A new democracy is established in Westoros by lord baelish and/or the bald guy. Moral of the story: "kings blood" and monarchies are stupid, and the source of all the worlds problems
4. John Snow rides on in valiantly, manages to get the wildlings to defeat lannistars for them, unites the north and saves the da-- BWAHAHAH No, this won't happen.
5. Lannistars win, everything sucks for everyone, most of the plot threads were all in vain. Ending shot is of the white walkers going over the wall, so there is solace in knowing at least they'll get uber fucked since they'll never figure out how to beat them. Moral of the story: Being a massive cuntbag is the only way to be on top in life, but at least you'll die just like anyone else. So go on and be a cuntbag so you can die rich and in power instead of poor and groveling, even if you are only slightly richer than before.[/sp]
I'm fully expecting some of these to be debunked already by the books but no book spoilers plz :v:
At this point I've just kind of totally lost complete faith in any slightly positive plot thread going on, considering the fact that [sp]pretty much everyone considered "good" in this show in now dead, except for Targarian and the smaller plot thread people who have no real power to do anything except live in the woods. At this point, I've just kind of given up on the plot and am fully expecting the rest of the story to be kind of watching a downward spiral of depression go on with nothing good ever happening anymore :V [/sp]
Well then you would be wrong in that last statement
[editline]9th June 2013[/editline]
good things happen to those who wait
I'm just kind of sad that [sp]pretty much all the starks were killed off, because I was really hoping to see a story unfold on how the starks deal with Dyneris Targarian, if she were to become the queen of Westeros. Like, it would have been really interesting to be rooting for the mother of dragons just as much as rooting for the starks (since both are the only "good" main factions so far in the story), but both of them want different things. I.E. targaryan wants to rule over all of Westeros but Starks just want to remain independant, causing a sad war between our two favorite buddies. But now that the starks are dead and the north is now no mans land, I guess that can't happen :v[/sp]
Your spellings made me cringe hard, well done.
Book spoiler [sp]lol at Stark boys adventure being called a side-story. Bran turns into a motherfucking all-seeing tree, some omnipotent, omniscient shit goes down in his brain[/sp]

I don't blame him for feeling like George R R Martin holds you by the hand and sings sweet songs in your ear, at first, before violently beating you to a pulp whilst you cry and ask "why?"
[editline]8th June 2013[/editline]
Also, I don't know why people find Daenerys nice and lovely. I find her to be an annoying bitch who can't seem to make up her mind [sp]oh no I can't decide if I should kill them or be kind and let them live even though I know they will screw me over. no no I will be kind, please don't be naughty. oh no stop that stop causing trouble. no don't kill them. oh no what am I doing[/sp] at least that's what she's like in the books. She's a bit more vicious in the show.

Don't read unless you want to spoil ep 10 [sp]It was Robb Stark [dead] on horseback with his Direwolf's head on his head. The Freys were mocking him by shoving his head inside his dead direwolf's head. Pretty savage[/sp]
the fuck man

[sp]it's not "inside" the wolf's head, they cut off both robb's head and greywind's and stitched the direwolf's on his body. they also nail the crown on top.[/sp]
Even more savage than I fucking thought :v:
I was wondering if they would do that in the show ..
If anyone wants those pics again

Whoops, I spoiled my friend about this because I thought it wasn't happening.
Those sites and pics got put down fast. Also, GoT ep10 leak spoilers and Book spoilers (ASoS) [sp] Apparently Jaime gets back to Cersei this episode before Joffrey dies which I find meh. There was never any real interaction between Joff and Jaime so seeing it would be weird as fuck. It'd be the writers having to pull dialogue out their ass, which I don't think would be that great (then again their changes haven't been absolutely terrible). Purple Wedding better happen fast next season so Jaime and Cersei can bang next to Joff's body. That's suppose to be the tipping point for Jaime and realizing how much he doesn't want to deal with Cersei anymore and all these other pointless issues in his life. [/sp]

Book Three [sp]Tyrion talking about Cersei banging half of the capital is also a major point in the last stages of Jaime's transformation from the Kingslayer. Between Cersei boasting about crazy secrets and Tyrion's relevations it turns Jaime away from his sister. (Book four) Seeing her horribly incompetent rule also helped.[/sp]
But yeah the banging part will be nice

Thanks for the biggest spoiler i've ever seen. :v: I guess it's my fault.
I wonder if they'l do the series for book 4/5 or a series for book 4 then book 5.
Book 4 was boring as shit, but the pace could be a little slower if book 5 and book 4's beginnings were done at once. It's likely (and better) that they both go at once. It will be interesting to see how they order things.
book 4 entire plot : [sp] Cersei makes atrocious decisions and fucks her own shit up. Brienne walks around, dorne gets a triffle annoyed, arya has about 4 chapters. [/sp]
What about the AFFC [sp] Ironborn chapters? I love them [/sp]
AFFC is really good if you skip the Brienne chapters
pretty hyped for tonight. it's the season finale, correct?
pretty hyped for tonight. it's the season finale, correct?
It's tomorrow night, and yeah. But episode 9 is where the finaleish stuff happens, Ep10 is fallout.
