Game of Thrones version IV: Preface your spoilers with BOOK or SHOW

I bet the Rains of Castamere is going to be a popular wedding song from now on.
(EP10 spoilers) Sure, I'm a Dany fan, [sp]but I really liked the final scene. It definitely was really heart-warming and that's nice, for a change. I love Emilia Clarke's smile... seems like I have a platonic love going on here.[/sp] And I really don't consider this episode a disappointment. At all. Many interesting things happened and others were set in motion.
Also I love shows that can make me laugh, cringe and fire up during a single episode. And GoT is one of them.
Anyway this is gonna be a tormenting wait..
Game of Thrones has sucked the enjoyment out of all other TV shows and movies for me. If a main character doesn't end up dead, I find it boring as Hell. If it's all "the weak overcome the strong and live happily ever after", I tend to feel grumpy that it all ended up so well. "Unrealistic piece of bullshit".
So yeah, thanks Game of Thrones, for making every other show / movie seem shit when all the characters survive and live on to lead wonderful lives.
Ep10 "spoilers" [sp]Man that episode kinda felt like a lackluster, it didn't really leave us on the edge like last season's finale did. And man, I had really hoped to see Jaqen again.[/sp]
[QUOTE=Livewire2440;40976495]I accidentally spoiled myself that BOOK SPOILERS [sp]Catelyns revival as Stoneheart is only 3 days after her death. So hopefully thats in the beginning of next Season.[/sp] BOOK SPOILERS[/QUOTE]
It's probably going to be at the end of next season. Seeing as it happens at the end of the book.
Stannis the Mannis is going to clean up some white walker trash.
Anyone else liked that little Podrick scene?
The reputation of Sex God Pod is getting around King's Landing.

He can't drink like a man but can he fuck like a God.

you will come to know that this is the way of the world
Time for this thread to go the way of the dodo
[SUB][SUB][SUB]or the dragon I guess[/SUB][/SUB][/SUB]
Regarding Gendry S3E10 [sp]Does he just depart from the show entirely, or do he make another entrance next season? would be pretty cool if he just gets away and lives a humble decent life. ._. [/sp]

I sort of agree, but it was an incredibly well-rounded finale in my opinion.

[sp]If you ask if a character is going to survive and you get rated 'funny', you should probably get the tissues.[/sp]
I find it unbelievable that people who are on Season 3 of this show still hold on to the hopes that [I]at least one[/I] character manages to start a new life as a humble farmer or something and live happily ever after :v: This is Westeros, a cutthroat continent where most people end up dying in the most horrific and brutal ways imaginable. Such is life in Westeros :v:
Book spoilers [sp]Well, to be fair, Edric Storm (Who Gendry is replacing for whatever reason) is shipped off to Lys and he's fine. I doubt he'll ever have a reason to come back too, so for all intents and purposes he's off living a happy life.[/sp]

I don't really get why everything is going so great for Dany. I mean, she barely lifts a finger (other than her orders in that first slave city), and she has yet to suffer defeat after escaping the warlocks. All she does is stand by her principles, and the last one who did that, got his head chopped off in season 1. Is it just because she's a hot blonde, and everyone thinks she's cool, instead of a grumpy old northerner?
Heh, imagine Ned as a hot blonde.

What the diffrence between A Dance with Dragons and its 2 part versions?

Other than the fact one is a single book and the other two, nothing.
I think the slaves are working out the stains.
I can't even imagine who will eventually "win". First off, (show spoilers, haven't read the books yet) [sp]every stark that's in condition to rule is dead, it'll be years before the two kids are old enough even if they live that long, if arya even lives all she wants to do is murder people, there's no way Sansa is living through this. The lannisters pretty much have everyone else on their side, so that leaves Stannis the Mannis and Dany. Stannis will probably die trying to fullfill his ~destiny~, and Dany will almost certainly get her ass trampled if she tries to go to war.
Best case scenario for Dany, she manages to kill off the Lannisters at King's landing and take the throne, but then she still has to deal with Stannis the Mannis, who won't just bow to some random blonde woman who came out of nowhere. Plus, they both have to deal with the Whitewalkers, who will just wipe them both out. Stannis first, probably, since he's getting ready to wage open war with the Whitewalkers. [/sp]

I really don't know if this would even be considered spoilers but Book 3 spoilers. [sp]Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if Stannis helps Dany take the Iron Throne, as has been pointed out in this thread he didn't want to become king, he only fights for it because he is next in line over Cersei's bastard children. Since Dany is among the last Targaryans and technically the heir after Robert killed off the Targaryan line he might actually support her claim instead.[/sp]

[sp]Right by conquest, the Targaryens lost all claim to the throne when they were beaten and fled, the conquerers getting the new claim. Stannis doesn't see there as being a Targ claim, because there isn't. In addition to that, Dany is hardly sticking to that principle either. She kicks a woman out of her house, claiming that she lost the house when she fled the city. That works as a metaphor for Dany herself - she fled Westeros, (well, was sent away) so she loses claim due to abandonment, even if the Baratheons didn't gain the right to rule through conquest. Of course, I doubt that she'll ever get it through her willfully ignorant skull and "oh I'm but a small girl and small girls x but y"s[/sp]

Is that before or after Robb goes to Volantis?
