Major Book spoilers:[sp]Doesn't she leave him outside some town a while after the inn, after he feel of his horse or something? I remember it as raining and the hound almost begging Arya to finish him off. Also: Isn't that's the last time we saw the hound? (for now at least?)[/sp]
That is mostly correct, yes.

book/show spoilers [sp] it didn't look like the hound got hurt too badly in the show, the sword swing at his back seemed to not even pierce his armor unless i didn't notice it, wondering if they'll take a different route for their separation [/sp]

Since when was the HBO logo announced by the sound of the 24 ticking clock? :v:

Book spoilers:[sp]I Don't know, they might drag out on it making it a infection that gets worse and worse or something. Just to get more screen time with him and have him "die" at the middle/end of this season. I wouldn't complain if they kept following the hound after they depart. I mean we might see how "the hound" dies and how Sandor gets to the Quiet Isle. (Yes I'm one of many that believes he's the gravedigger on the Quiet Isle.)[/sp]
The season four premiere had 6.6 million viewers, 8.2 million when factoring in Sunday night reruns. The season four number is up from the season three debut, which had 4.4 million viewers. Game of Thrones season three ended with 5.4 million viewers.
The season four premiere is HBO's most-watched program since The Sopranos finale in 2007.
next episode is the [book spoilers] [sp]purple wedding[/sp] then?
Does anyone have a link to somewhere where I can watch the new episode?

Managed to salvage one from a site that was otherwise full of surveys.
I've been watching other TV series while GoT wasn't on. I was starting to believe the people saying that GoT is overrated.
Now that it's back... let me say it's not fucking overrated at all. It's fucking great. I adore the humor in this show. It's incredible how such a sinister show can also be so funny at the same time.
It was an alright episode. Of course the quality is top tier and it had few tense scenes but overall it left me wanting more. I guess that's a good thing.
Also the actor that plays Joffrey is really good. He can make him so hateable.
Damn what an awesome first episode. Really left you feeling satisfied.
Arya best character since forever.
There's going to be so many great moments this season. Holy shit.
Book 3 Part 2 spoilers [sp] I see that the show skipped the part where Jamie has sex with Cersei in the church thing next to Joffrey's body. Shame, that would've been a crazy scene. [/sp]

What the christ are you doing? He hasn't even died yet.

Had to make an account just for this idiot, someone please take care of him when I'm banned.
Well that's cause the circumstances in the show are quite different than what happened in the book. And I'm fairly sure they will skip it. Also go back where you came from, no one wants you here.
No he's calling you an idiot because that very important plot event hasn't happened yet
Anyone else think that Tyrion/Jamie have changed hair colour?

wow, weiss and benioff, you destroyed and raped game of thrones.
Ahhhhh great now I just want to play skyrim
I like how they say that [sp]the war is over!
Aren't we forgetting about our squid-friends, the Greyjoys, raiding and pillaging?[/sp]
So episode 1 only confirmed my theory that (book 3 spoilers) [sp]they're making it shae wasnt a whore the entire time and are trying to make her sympathetic.[/sp]
Fucking D&D

It symbolically represents the weakening ties that Tyrion and Jamie have with their Lannister family, their characteristic blonde hair.

Book spoilers (fairly minor) [sp]In the book, Jaime gets Sir Ilyn Payne to have sparring sessions with him, but as Ilyn's actor died, they seem to be kind of writing him out, and instead are using Bronn, or at least it's what I think they'll be doing. Possible they'll get a new actor for Ilyn later though.[/sp]

[sp]Pretty sure they're going with Bronn since they won't recast Payne out of respect for the actor, who I'm pretty sure isnot dead but has terminal cancer and doing some farewell tours.[/sp]
