Guys i think i found some Psilocybe semilanceata(liberty caps) in my garden in high grass. althought im not sure it looks like them thought ive been looking up pictures of them. Kinda stuck now dont really know if they're them thought. And i thought the season starts in september for them i'll go try get a picture so hopefully u guys can help me out. One of the most important steps in mushroom identification is taking a spore print. Cut the stem off one of the caps, and lay the cap flat onto a sheet of paper. Tap the top of the cap lightly, and cover it with a glass. Let it sit for a few hours, then examine your print. If it's purplish-brown, you might be looking at a liberty cap. But it could still be some other kind of mushroom. If you do end up taking a dose of non-psychedelic, potentially poisonous mushrooms, chances are you'll only be sick for a day or so. This is assuming that you what would be considered a standard dose of shrooms (around an eighth of an ounce) How many mushrooms did you pick? You'll need at least twenty of the dinky shrooms before you feel any effects. I enjoy taking high doses of DPH. I don't understand how people not like it. A friend over steam started DXM and DPH use at the same time I did. He loves DXM, hates DPH. I love DPH, "like" DXM.

Then you can go pick the rest of them if you decide that the shrooms are good.

The idea of taking a spore print is to let the spores from the cap fall onto the sheet of paper to leave a "print." You have to leave them alone for several hours to let the spores accumulate.

Hallucinogens are really rare in this area, I've never really heard of anyone getting their hands on some. I wish I could get some shrooms, but it'd take someone with better connections than me or my immediate friends, who are best friends with reasonably good dealers.

You have to leave them alone for several hours to let the spores accumulate.[/QUOTE] Thanks for your help and all they dident turn out like you said but it doesent matter anyway, Ive made some calls around and looks like my mate could get some psilocybe atlantis and i'll be getting them this weekend already 30g's for 30euros I dont know if thats a good price but he says i'll be tripping really good from 15g's so i cant complain it'll be my first trip cant wait, Ive done acid/dxm before if thats comparable. I'll also note im going to do it alone for my first time any tips for what i should do on my trip? And like he said 15g's is that how much i should eat of them?

I wouldn't recommend doing more than an eighth of an ounce for your first time, honestly. And you should trip with at least one other person. I find that the natural psychedelics tend to be more powerful and unpredictable than the artificial stuff like LSD and DXM, and I always feel like I'm going to lose my mind if I don't have someone to talk to when I've taken shrooms.
