I wanted to post this as I started my DPH adventure so I could update it as I go. This is my first time doing this, so sorry for whatever I fuck up. DPH: 800mg, reduced to 700mg (9:50pm)T:00:00:: I count out 32 pills, and take a few (4-7) pills at a time. I've taken DPH many times in pill form, and never felt this bad swallowing the pills. I feel like throwing up and the feeling is stuck on my throat. I decide to only take 28 now. I lay down in my bed and turn the lights on till 10:30(T0:40) T+0:20 :: I lost the feeling of throwing up, but I have this unexplainable feeling in my stomach, it doesn't feel good, nor bad. Starting to regret this... T+0:33 :: My mother just went to work, and turned off all the lights. I had to embark on a journey to the living room in the dark to get my laptop charger. Someone whispered in my ear something I couldn't understand. I think it was a placebo, but I feel pretty slow motion-y T:+320:: I think I missed the other interwiew by a few seconds. After I heard those footstel, I'm gonna T+0:40 :: I have decided to update every 20 minutes, with side updates whenever something "big" happens. I am going to throw up, I can tell because my chin spazzes out whenever I am going to throw up. T:+:1:00 :: I can barely think. It took my 4 minutes to actually type out "T+0:10."" My cat charged into my room, and turned into a lion and came on the bed as the regular cat he is. I have a sliding door for my room, and I'm laying in a way I can see what happens, BUT I don't want to look. I feel like throwing as much as you. If I look at something, I can move my eyes. Fuck it's hard to remember what I'm typing. T:+: 1:two hourss, i can stare into in thought you gatiree. I turned off my light for a split second share, so a spider on my left, and the ceiling is a T:+: 1 hours:: I kept this page open, The entry door.Let my friend come over and lots of shit. T:+:2.00 :: My dog got off my bed and then i heard loud foot steps T:+2:20:: 'head trator T:+:Mr.bored.. 1 feel like I'm a forginer that knows n T:+:v95:: I'm not seeing spiders or anything really. My laptop screen started doing the wave. I got the lights on so I dont see everything that makes me feel alive. I missed few tim logs, It's hard writing something at the momet telling us to play xbox T:+3:00:: I had my buddy over, and he took all the drinks and chugged the, Lucky me, I was in my office fo roll T:+3:30):: I forgot what I was gonna ask.. I don't remember this I pusted this lol. I didn;t dio it and it worked nice for me. T:+3:45:: Uhh.. fuck, forgot what I was gonna say. I currently feel fluidly \ hold on to somethign and he's watching our mom. Anyways, he has a tv tournment. T:+3:38(?) :: I can't read to much, and when it comes to my type for the stage, I am in OK stage. My dog is sleeping the phone, and when he drinks, Peter Won, it's been a while since I could get him IT:4:10:: Whenever my dog breathes, hsi only family died because he didnt watch his car. I don't know why I didn't add it, but my buddy came over, and we drank beer and then hr went through mall

Anyone want to say how much they pay for shrooms and weed (for comparison)? Been thinking about trying shrooms, but they sound a little too intense. After I read my own log, I see that I can't understand anything.. I do remember me going into the kitchen and my mom was trying to teach me how to open the trashcan that we've had for years. At T:4:10, I tried to type that When my dog breathed his skin danced or something along the lines of that. I have no idea how I wrote his family died.. I'm never doing a time log of DPH ever again because I can see it wouldn't work out well for me. I stopped updating the log so I could go to sleep, but I stayed up for 20 minutes without any updates. All I know was that I was trying to flip the switch for my light but I couldn't get it. I don't know how but I managed. Not Olney's lesions.

MDMA temporarily depletes your serotonin by causing a massive release. As for Olney's legions, supposedly it is caused by NDMA receptor antagonists and it is believed that NDMA agonists (drugs that stimulate receptors instead of deprive, or antagonise) counter-act the effect. All doses caused temporary vacuolation that reversed itself after re-examination however the larger doses caused irreversible damage in rat brains. DXM is a NDMA receptor antagonist. The validity of Oldney's conclusion is questionable as it's been only tested on animals.

MDMA doesn't cause Olney's Lesions though. It does cause changes to the serotonin system but this isn't thought to do any harm.

ah, MDMA causes brain damage and stuff though, I know that I think you only get Olney's Lesions from DXM if you're taking high doses or doing it often

The main damage MDMA does is the serotonin fuckups. No one really knows what kind of effects that has, but it does happen.
