Here's part of the rendering progress. Hope I am maintaining the style as in the color stage, I kind of like it.

You should experiment with bigger brushes, you focus too much on small detail that breaks up the piece too much honestly and it doesn't work too well.
You work a lot with characters, maybe try focusing a bit more on rendering and just forget about outlines all together, you concentrate way too much on them and it flattens your pieces too much.
Notice how much more dynamic and lively drawings look when you concentrate on the figure's volume

The transition from head to neck looks strange to me, like her face is floating far out in front of her neck. The framing of her hair around her face also looks odd... but I do like the colours on the peacock feathers and the blue fabric has an almost watercolour painted look to it.
