I would recommend not going crazy with the low opacity brushes, everything looks very messy and muddy right now.
I like the girls faces tho, did you have any refs?
I'll run through another zoom in pass with higher opacity later in some area.

Oh god wallpaper material. You, sir, are an excellent artist. However, I do think that the fur seems a little bit too long and frizzy, maybe give it a shorter appearance? (at least, that's what I got from the movie)
I get that you want people to see your pic, but updating your sketchbook and the creative work thread at the same time is a bit unnecessary, I don't really see the point.
maybe save up some pics and have bigger updates in your sketchbook.

i don't understand why this bothers you so much all the time. sketchbook is for everything not posted in the other thread like WiPs/stuff you're less happy with/quick studies/sketches etc

It's very easy to see that you specialize in drawing girls, and all of the other stuff lacks. Maybe try to concentrate on some other stuff so the difference isn't that obvious? Try to draw animals and stuff, that would help loads.

I think it's a bit disappointing you didn't try to make the girls look like the actual characters from the movie, refs aren't supposed to be only copied.

I realized something... when it comes down to study, copying down the entire picture, I can do just fine.
When it comes to an image with no reference, I start to act funny... :( (With the exception of girls and clothing lol)
