When I wanted to become "popular" I thought if I approached popular kids and said hi then they'd be like "HEY LOOK AT THIS LOSER TRYING TO SAY HI, LETS POINT AND LAUGH AT HIM", when in fact they didn't do that, they said hi back to me, and then we talked and now we're friends, and I suppose I might now consider myself somewhat popular. Moral: people are usually more willing to make friends/interact with others than you might think All of the people in my school year are pretty friendly anyway, everyone just knows everyone, it's quite awesome actually. Also girls like guys with good bodies, there's no getting past it, every girl likes a good body.

You need to become a little more confident OP, you don't have to be too confident (I'm shy myself, but hey some girls like that), maybe you have a skill, improve at this and maybe you can show it off in school. Get good grades, you will be loved by all. I play bass, my friend plays guitar, since we are both decent on our instruments, we go to lessons in school and literally every week it's :smug: You may want to consider losing weight/gaining some muscle like some people already mentioned, there is no questioning this. You may also want to consider being more social in school, since no one wants to hang around with someone who is too much of a dipshit to talk to people.
