that reminds me I'll rewatch it in 1..2..3..4..5
What are you preparing, your always preparing, just go!
Alright, I have a bunch of movies lined up waiting to be watched, and I don't know where to start. Pick me a movie. I have these so far waiting. The Abyss Antichrist Fight Club Heartbreak Ridge Moonrise Kingdom Oldboy (the original, not the remake) Synecdoche, New York I have not seen any of these, just pick me two of them to watch this weekend.
Fight Club, Oldboy prepare for your mind to be blown
The Abyss is a beautiful movie
I think his best role was in Schindler's List, he plays Goeth great.
Damn, you guys are absolutely crazy. His best role was Maid in Manhattan.
The Abyss is a beautiful movie
shame I could only find the friggin 172 min special edition. i watched just half cause it was a drag.
Veronica Mars 8.5/10 Written very well and isnt just a fan milker. Not much i can complain about with this one
No, I've never seen Spaceballs. Is it good?
It's probably the best Sci-Fi parody film out there, if you don't enjoy Spaceballs, I'd say you just don't like these sort of movies.
the Wolf of Wall Street 8/10 That was great, so well done, so many memorable moments and kept me wanting more. I have to admit though that the story isn't the films strong point, you can predict how the events will play out with ease. But doesn't matter, it's just so well written and executed. also didn't feel like 3 hours at all, I know lots of people have said this, I confirm it.
Need for Speed - 7/10 Better than I expected it to be, but suffers from an extremely predictable and cliché story. The racing scenes were actually pretty awesome, especially considering the lack of CGI, and the first person view during some of these scenes made it feel like the game itself. A good movie for those with interest in cars, or racing in general, but yeah don't see it expecting an amazing story. Also the Shelby was gorgeous.
Rewatched Midnight in Paris - 10/10 I was smiling the whole time. No critical analysis or anything i just love it.

The Wolf of Wall Street Excellent movie, its very rare that a 3 hour movie keeps my attention for the entire time. Honestly, when it was over I hadn't even noticed it. It was engaging, fun, exciting and enjoyable to watch. Debauchery
Yeah sure, I'll watch it. I don't have anything better to do.
Please report back here when your done
Rewatched Midnight in Paris - 10/10 I was smiling the whole time. No critical analysis or anything i just love it.
I wouldn't give it 10/10, but I also enjoyed it thoroughly.
Well, since people are talking about it, I literally just watched Midnight in Paris for the first time and I have to say it was undeniably charming and also thoroughly enjoyed it. This and The Life Aquatic of Steve Zissou (also seen recently) makes me think of Owen Wilson in a completely different manner now, because the only movies I had seen up until this point with him in them were The Internship and the remake of The Haunting he was in.

[editline]14th March 2014[/editline] My friends want me to watch that new Vince Vaughn movie something about a delivery guy and i fucking KNOW that I'll want to kill myself a few minutes into it it's Vinve Vaughn god damn.
Fincher's The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo I've caught it today on TV, and decided to watch it again. I like this film, I had the same conclusion when I saw it after release - even though it's not really that great adaptation, and the film itself has several flaws (some of them caused by Stieg Larsson's not-so-great writing) but its ambience, it's tone set by bleak colors and Reznor&Ross music, the chemistry between Craig and Mara, well that was great. That was what Swedish version was missing, and what I liked about the books so much. I hope that we will see soon the American version of The Girl Who Played With Fire (unlikely, Fincher rarely does any sequels and I cannot imagine anyone else doing the second part), but toned down a bit (in some fragments the book is absolutely ridiculous by making Lisbeth Salander essentially a Mary Sure with Asperger's)
As someone who's never read the bible, I hope I can appreciate Noah as much as someone who practices religion.

because apart from dodgeball and any jon favreau movies he's in ah fuck it, it's mainly because he's not a great actor and really just plays himself being a cocky asshole for the most part
As someone who's never read the bible, I hope I can appreciate Noah as much as someone who practices religion.
i'm sorry but do you really think religists will take the film seriously? I highly doubt the film will be received like The Passion of the Christ.

I'm a supervisor of a movie theater and the amount of dumb crap I hear from these people is crazy
Ohohoho you really underestimate religious people. I'm a supervisor of a movie theater and the amount of dumb crap I hear from these people is crazy
That's what I meant. Passion of the Christ was well received by most religists, I'm predicting Noah to not go down too well with religious folk but we'll see.
We had a lady complain that putting Son of God below Lego movie was the devils work :v:
i'm sorry but do you really think religists will take the film seriously? No Country For Old Men This movie was TENSE. It was amplified so much by the fact that I don't think there was a single instance of music anywhere in the film. Javier Bardem played his role so well my stomach actually clenched every time he talked to some random innocent person. There's a couple moments that I didn't understand a character's action, but it's most likely that there's some hidden meaning I'm not even scraping the surface of. Out of everyone, I feel the most bad about [sp]that one guy who was driving the car when Llewelyn Moss stopped him so he could get a ride, then he just immediately got shot in the throat[/sp] :v:
TASM series seems like a pointless reboot. Despite the first movie being like okay (its not like great), the 2nd movie looks atrocious.
That's because it was pointless. Sony was about to lose the rights to Spiderman so they hurried up and made a new one so they could keep them
