he's not wrong, most marvel films were pure awful the only good marvel films were winter soldier were winter soldier, iron man 1&3, X2 and to a smaller extent first class
I was amused by the two people saying "naw it was bad" and Rusty immediately appearing with an opposite opinion :v:
I refuse to believe the winter soldier is that good after how mediocre the first one was.
It's that good, I was expecting the same thing that made First Avenger not that great, but god damn this movie was just so thrilling. Get your wallet and head to the theatre to prove me wrong. And still IM3 is a terrible movie, opinion will never change. In fact after Cap 2, dad started watching IM3 on the tv, I was so disgusted I went on the computer and started listening to the Das Boot theme at full volume to get rid of Robert Downey Jr. and that kid sidekick comic relief out of my head.
The Avengers was also great. However I appreciate the other films for setting up the lore.
Red Dragon 7/10 Hannibal 5/10
Top Gun danger zone / 10 There are two kinds of people who've watched Top Gun. Those who hated it for the cheesiness, cockyness, absurdly simple story, cliches growing on the back of other cliches, and the 80's feel, and those who have heart, soul and sense of honour. Guess in which category am I.
iron man 3 was a gem among a sea of terrible marvel films
it was pretty average? i mean, i enjoyed it but it was nowhere near the avengers or the first iron man [editline]6th April 2014[/editline] it was good but i wouldn't call it a "gem", even when compared to the worse marvel movies. the biggest problem i had with it was the tone of the movie, it felt really inconsistent
iron man 3 was a gem among a sea of terrible marvel films
damn, i forgot today was opposite day
Pontypool, 7.5/10. Pretty bitchin', definitely liked it
It kind of fell apart near the end. Near. Near.
It kind of fell apart near the end. Near. Near.
Yeah I see what you mean, but I'm willing to look passed some of the glaring issues simply because the film took risks
Every fucking time: [t]http://i.imgur.com/kmoyI.jpg[/t]
The guy with the aviators and goatee looks pretty good in it, actually

The Abyss That was not at all what I expected. It started out kinda sloppy but it got better and better until it was gloriously ridiculous.
The guy with the aviators and goatee looks pretty good in it, actually
I think the dog pulls it off best.
The Abyss That was not at all what I expected. It started out kinda sloppy but it got better and better until it was gloriously ridiculous.
Did you watch the Director's Cut where they put the plot back in?
damn, i forgot today was opposite day
uh no sorry iron man 3 was just a solid enjoyable movie [editline]7th April 2014[/editline]
imagine making a mistake like buying a scorpion jacket from Drive
imagine having disposable income and spending some of it on a halloween costume? ????
uh no sorry iron man 3 was just a solid mediocre movie
I agree
I find all Marvel movies solid enjoyable movies. Even though Thor 1 and Captain America 1 were a little less exciting, i still liked the characters. I dont see how people can say there bad movies. There meant for good ole fun, action packed movies for everyone to enjoy and not take it seriously.
Even though a video game, I feel the first 2 minutes of the E3 trailer of MGS: The Phantom Pain gives a great emotional cinematic experience 0:00 - 2:44 for the feels
Every fucking time: [t]http://i.imgur.com/kmoyI.jpg[/t]
Greg Sestero wore it best

Especially how the intro for GZ is basically a big homage to this
