Mortified Nation 8/10
About a live show where people read their private adolescent writings on stage. Tons of great stories color the documentary, from a woman seeking ways to escape abuse to a man performing a rock song he wrote when he was 14. Heartfelt, charming, emotional, often hilarious, and relatable.
Dr. Strangelove 11/10
It plays itself with such a serious, straight face, but there are so many little, quirky things that make it like a comedy.
A mine shaft gap!
Joe Dirt
3/10
best movie ever
EVERYTHING in that movie is sexual. Planes refueling at the beginning? They're fucking.
Ghostbusters - 8/10. Sad to say this was the first time I've watched the entire movie.
Take Shelter - 9/10. Brilliant balance of drama and terror.
Bad Santa
Billy Bob Thornton is hilarous as a drunk Santa Clause.
7/10
Eight Crazy Nights
Adam Sandler in this crazy animated Christmas movie. Some of the highlights are poo eating reindeers.

that sounds just awful
bulletproof 7/10 kinda fun, but nothing special
filth 9/10 loved mcavoy's character, thought some things are left out of the books that make some details seem weird or out of place, but all in all great
dunno if you know but it's Easter not Christmas?????
because its an action film, not a christmas film
its set at christmas eve. so what.
iron man 3 is set at christmas time, is that a christmas film?

But but but it also has the standard Christmas movie themes like the importance of being with your family and it has all sorts of Christmas songs so therefore it's a Christmas movie! :downs:
Seriously, though, I had no idea IM3 took place during Christmas time. Then again, it's been a while since I've seen it so I probably missed or forgot something.
EDIT: Also, it should be stated that Eight Crazy Nights is a Hannukah movie, not a Christmas movie.

it's because it doesn't snow down in socal or miami
usually, at least, you need serious global warming nonsense for there to be snow down in those areas

Oh my god.
You're the only other person I've ever heard say this apart from me. Let's marry.

I'm not living in fucking Saffend.
The Mandarin is santa claus
raid 2
so much better than the first, which i thought was really lacking in something a little extra. but this definitely has what the first felt like it was missing. other than that there's not a lot to say about it besides 'really fucking cool'.

next on the list is lego movie, budapest, wind rises, other things. too much shit to see lately
Zappa 1983
Bille August's movie about kids in the 1960's Copenhagen based on a book by Bjarne Reuter.
The cast includes Elga Olga and Jens Okking.
This sure gives some nostalgia.
10/10
10/10 its okay
again
Doctorhooves you should start a blog. you could compete with ebert tbh
The Last Exorcism Part II
Beside an over to the top ending an OK sequel.
7/10
The Exorcist
This is how an Exorcism movie needs top be.
Some unforgettable scenes, but also copied too much.
9/10
the last exorcism is one of the worst films of the 2000s

Bonus tracks: 'Big' and 'When Harry Met Sally'
anchor man 2
6/10
I didn't think it was as bad as a lot of people said it was, but i can definitely understand the complaints. rehashing the news teams battle sequence from the first one did not work as well this time and the entire going blind thing was dumb. still some absolutely hilarious moments though.
