I met and performed with the guy who plays trumpet on all the Disney films. Am I cool now?
I was walking in the street one time when an indie film was being made and walked right through a shot where a guy was getting shoved into a cafe. They were not happy and I was very confused until I saw the cameraman.
The worst thing in the world is that idiot that comes up and is like "OH ARE YA SHOOTIN A MOVIE?" no fucking shit retard time to reset this shot
I tried my best not to intervene but it genuinely looked like an assault because the dude had this real rage in his face. They should actually be happy that I thought it was very convincing.
Green Street Hooligans - 7.5/10 i learned a lot about london vocab tonight thanks to my man charlie
The Innkeepers - 7/10 Watched it because I really liked The House of the Devil, didn't like this one quite as much. Still had a good helping of "slow-burn" though
Short Term 12 8/10 Just great ,i feel good after watching this.
Snowpiercer This movie has had a weird release and I really didn't like The Host so I was sceptical, but I really liked it. It looked gorgeous in its set design and visual effects and the story was dark as shit, which is always good. The action sequences were pretty well shot, the odd shakycam blurfest every now and then but not too bad. Overall a solid action/scifi movie. though somebody came and asked me a stupid question during the big finale and i ignored them so now they hate me
Rio 2. This was the last time I went to cinema with friends not knowing the title of the film. This was the last time I went to cinema with to a film children screaming and kicking. It was awful. And the film itself doesn't deserve to stand in the same sentence as the word "awful". It offends the actually awful animation like "The Lion King 3" or "Monsters vs Aliens". I wish to say that at least the actual animation from the technical side was good. It looks well, but it was all shaky and jumping, like most of the animations "not from Disney or Dreamworks". It's been a long time since I felt so relieved watching the credits roll. [editline]14th May 2014[/editline] I mean, fuck, I remember times when films for children could've been enjoyed by adults. I'm not that old but I literally missed most of the references. And the modern music.
rewatched Little Miss Sunshine (which is still great) but I noticed something. The characters live in Albuquerque plus it has both Bryan Cranston and Dean Norris in it. Coincidence? I think not.
The Amazing Boringman 2 5.5/10 Wasn't that good or interesting. Zero emotional attachment to any character. Electro was a pussy. [editline]14th May 2014[/editline] Also the actor for Harry was terrible. Rhino was p good and he only had 5 seconds of screen time. Too much filler bullshit and too much harry angst. Very disappointing. I came into this movie thinking people were wrong about it but no were they right.
Also the actor for Harry was terrible.
hey WHAT Dane was the best part of the movie. though that isn't saying much considering the rest of the movie but he was good
I mean, fuck, I remember times when films for children could've been enjoyed by adults.
That reminds me when my friends brought me to see Pixar's Brave To this day I still use the fact as a crouch against my friends to recive apologies and favors 4/10

I liked the Lion King 3 though, it was a funny spinoff. I felt it was better than the sequel
The Lion King 1 1/2 is not a top-tier movie but darn if it isn't funny
I liked the Lion King 3 though, it was a funny spinoff. I felt it was better than the sequel
The sequel fucking spawned an entire generation of DA dwellers who based their shitty OC repaints on this little douchefuck
Good God, Kovu's face still looks annoying as shit.
The 40 Year Old Virgin - 7/10 Can't believe it took me this long to see this movie. Thought it was pretty funny. Not over-the-top stupid shit was nice too.
Cannibal Holocaust I was expecting this movie to be complete shit but I was very surprised when it turned out to be pretty good. I thought it was going to be a very shallow excuse for gore but in actuality it's about the lengths a bunch of cuntbag documentary film-makers go to to get the footage they want and how television executives want to show it despite the horrible things they did. I was sure it was going to portray the tribes as savages killing the nice americans for no reason when really it was the complete opposite. The first third of the movie shows a rescue mission for the film-makers as they make contact with the tribes and gain their trust, basically showing that they aren't mindless savages and providing a contrast for the way the film-makers treat them. Yes it is a very fucked up movie but it doesn't feel out of place, it fits the narrative. Overall pleasantly surprised.
i just got back from the premiere of is the man who is tall happy and it was great. it is a bit hard to follow since pretty much every sentence has a concept behind it, but in general the idea of making the movie in animation is cool. oh and also i have a picture with michel gondry which is pretty fucking awesome
Reservoir Dogs This movie is great, one of my favorites. I love heist movies, and I love Tarantino movies, so what better combination than this. The characters of Mr. White, Mr. Orange, and Mr. Pink steal the show. Mr. Blonde is quite good as well. The non-linearity and the omission of some details really work towards the benefit of the movie. It has some really tense moments without having over-the-top action and violence. The character interactions really drive this movie, and the chemistry between the characters is amazing. Overall, I recommend this to anyone who wants to watch a movie. It's just great. Monty Python's The Meaning of Life A good, funny comedy skit movie. Most of the skits are great, but some bits just aren't as funny as others. The bizarre bits like Find the Fish and the Organ Transplant parts are great, I wish there was more of that in the movie. It's a nice comedy in its own right. It's not as popular as The Holy Grail, but it doesn't need to be. It's a fun little movie that everyone looking for a laugh should see.
Godzilla 11/10 watch it :^)
they remade rosemary's baby? are they fucking insane?
amazing spiderman 2 - 7/10 i liked it. don't get me wrong i was constantly dissapointed by the events that occured and how almost everything couldve been executed better and the script sucked alot, BUT i tried to look at the movie with the mindset of a kid and guess what, it's actually really good. Electro was fantastic and almost every scene with him pumped me up, especially in combination with the great music made by pharrel and hans zimmer. I think people shouldnt nitpick every small illogical detail in the movie. just watch it as if you were 12 years old and enjoy it lol
Men in Black 3 Not really much to say about it, it was enjoyable and funny, but nothing really to set it apart from the other two Men in Black films [sp]except for a surprisingly touching (albeit kinda forced) twist right at the end[/sp]. I'd say it's much better than the second Men in Black, but still not as good as the first.
I remember being very worried that the movie was going to be terrible (I laughed once in the first 20 minutes) but it really picked up once he went back in time.
Zoe Saldana played Rosemary. She even produced it. I'm not even kidding.
please tell me that's not the black girl from Star Trek. please
