I understood this when I read it slowly but it's terribly written - it's not often I'd describe a paragraph long review as 'lumbering prose' but this is, it's harder to read than crime and punishment [editline]17th June 2013[/editline] but it's an aggregator, it just takes as many reviews from other sites as possible and forms an average with them? I trust it more than IMDB's user rating tbh
I trust IMDB even less. The only reviews I really trust tbh are this thread's
Man of Steel was the white bread of movies Some stuff happened, it looked cool, I didn't really give a shit about any of it. That sums up most Zack Snyder movies as well. [editline]17th June 2013[/editline] All the fight scenes were basically Dragon Ball Z so that was hilarious I guess
Watched Side Effects. I'd give it 8/10. Jude Law was pretty rad in it. Saw main girls tits for like 3 seconds so that was p dope
after earth is SO BAD literally a smith family circlejerk 0/10 henry cavills
Just watched Risky Business for the first time. 8/10 Music was great, Tom Cruise was good, and Rebecca De Mornay was super hot. Actually she doesn't look half bad for her age now.
All those bad reviews of After Earth are forcing me to go watch it, especially the review of Spoony which is even longer than the actual movie :v:
after earth - mysoncanact/mysoncanact look at my son hes such a good acting

I need to know where to order this poster Anyone with an idea?
it's even in your style http://www.allposters.co.uk/-sp/Moon-German-Style-Posters_i8030536_.htm
Holy fuck thank you, I just googled around for like an hour.
You don't have the google skills to make the kills.
Also I watched Stoker, the new one from Park Chan-wook. 9/10 I am a sucker for the tone of Korean Drama movies and this one doesn't have the Koreans but it has the mood. Needs patience to watch it though
Just watched Equilibrium. What a great movie. Really loved it. Only bad thing was the fight scenes, way overdone and exaggerated. Luckily they were few and far between. 9/10
Moon was fucking depressing as hell
Moon was fucking depressing as hell
But really really good.
Depressing, but brilliant acting on behalf of Sam Rockwell. He's a talented actor. And a great plot too, I didn't see it coming, and then it all made sense.
It was not really that depressing to me. Melancholic, yes, but not depressing.
Semantics.
any other good Sam Rockwell flicks? Green Mile, Moon are probably all I've seen of him.
Hitchikers Guide. Don't watch Seven Psychopaths, that movie was crap.
Hitchhikers is common place, don't remember much of it though, except that two headed dude. Are there any real contenders for his best screen performance?
Tank Girl - 9/10 say what you will about the 9/10 but I love this film to death, my favorite post-apoc film hands down it's just so fun
The Good, the Bad and the Ugly - 9/10 One of my favorite westerns, I love how Blondie and Tuco constantly betray eachother throughout the film. [sp] Favorite scene in the movie was when Tuco was at the revolver shop [/sp]
Hitchhikers is common place, don't remember much of it though, except that two headed dude. Are there any real contenders for his best screen performance?
Matchstick Men [editline]18th June 2013[/editline] And I'd give that one a solid 9/10 film.
The Beast: 9.2/10 My dad showed me this movie, and the whole experience was pretty amazing to say the least. Definitely would recommend it. Pretty depressing though, and you could kinda see it was rather biased and unrealistic at times (it was made by West Germany)
I Saw the Devil 9/10
The Intouchables - 8/10
I Saw the Devil 9/10
Best revenge movie I've seen to date.
Best revenge movie I've seen to date.
ive noticed people have different thoughts about the ending [sp] i mean the whole point of the ending was that the cop turned into a maniac himself. He did this by torturing the family of the killer, by letting them murder him, because he knew he couldnt do anything to the killer to make him really suffer. yet some people think he only cared about his son and that that was his weakpoint[/sp]
