I'd like to help, I have a few ideas. Mostly replacing zombie sounds, and another thing is are you ok with copyrighted material? Because I was thinking of replacing music. To collaborate the work anyone sending you their own could simply copy their HL2 sounds folder with all their replaced sounds, couldn't they?
