Got a B in politics & history with a C in law, quite made up with that. Turns out I managed to wing the second 25 marker and got an A* answer that pulled up the rest of the test.
got an E in one English Combined exam but a B in the other, yeah okay GG exam marker man.
lol, I remember how i got an A* in english language and a C in english lit. GCSEs
english literature is one of the most poorly thought-out courses currently available imo

Nah English Combined easily takes that. I hate the subject and wish I never picked it, but the school didnt do Language or literature so I didn't have much choice other than to go to a sixth form college that I'd have to take the train to get to.
at least at A level any way.

Edexcel's biology course is pretty damn terrible, too.
The whole SNAB system is just fucked up, I wish my school had taken AQA instead, at least they are consistant with their exams. Hell, Edexcel biology markschemes often give you a point for stating something pretty irrelevant to the question, almost as an afterthought.
Of course, in the ideal world we'd have a single exam board.
A* in Geography. Full marks.
That shit was easy yo.
E in English, but ah well! It was my first a-level exam!
it also gives me the perfect excuse to drop psychology which I hate with a burning passion
