I'm thinking of calling her sometime and saying "Hey, I feel like when I asked you out to coffee, I was putting you on the spot. Would you actually like to go sometime, or would you rather not? I'm okay either way". It seems kinda spineless writing it, but I'm charismatic so it wouldn't come across as weak as that if I was calling.

The one thing I hate most about myself is I'm such a formal fuck when I'm casual friends with people, but once I'm bromigo / best bud status, I completely relax and can be 100% myself without worrying I'll offend them or w/e (I seriously worry too much about offending people, it's annoying).

Phone call is better than messaging, so I figured it'll be a good idea to do. Just not sure when.

How long should I wait to try texting a girl again if she didn't respond? Like I texted her on wednesday and she hasn't texted back yet, which is really unlike her because she usually texts back right away unless she's at work or something. I mean yeah she was in Florida so she probably didn't want to text back because it would be expensive, but I don't know if she's still there or if she's back and forgot to text me back or what the fuck.

check her facebook? That'll be the easiest way to tell if she is back. Phone would be off while traveling to avoid roaming costs, if she even brought it with her at all.

So an update on how things have been going, I met this girl on tinder of all places, the first night we hung out I was supposed to leave, I ended up sleeping in the same bed with her (nothing happened) we stayed up till around 4 am talking.

She is on a break with a long term boyfriend, lets call him... assy mgee.

The second night we hung out I met her best friend, she of course loved me and told the girl, whom we will refer to simply as K that she should totally date me instead, she took her friend home and woke me up with coffee (I slept on the couch that night because her best friend has slept in the same bed with her since the dawn of time) three hours later, she calls me and tells me to come back.

So I come over, suffering heavily from nicotine withdrawls plus fever, to her roomates party.

I start making everybody shots and for some reason or another, they all seem to love me, despite the fact that I am a mega neckbeard beta as fuck asshole, K gets drunk, her roomate and her friends keep saying "OH MY GOD THIS GUY ISN'T EVEN YOUR BOYFRIEND AND HE TREATS YOU SO MUCH BETTER" K is plastered, but she starts telling everybody that shes going to fuck me tonight.

Having what little morals I do, I fight her on it for two hours, telling her I don't want to take advantage of her, but when we finally went to lay down, she locked the door, I kept on resisting telling her I didn't want her to regret it, she started begging, one thing led to another, next thing I know I'm balls deep in a girl that I actually have feelings for.

after we are done having sex she tells me that she can never sleep with assy again, and how I ruined his chances of ever having sex with her again because he only sticks to one position and apparently sucks at sex. (Sorry m8).

we wake up in the morning and once again she pounces on me, now sober I realized this had been her plan all along.

she relents to me that she wants to get rid of assy forever, but wants to keep things on the low until a few months have passed as to not crush his emotions which I totally understand.

Then I found out last night that I had the flu, having texted her all day, she randomly shows up at my house at midnight to pick me up and take her to her house.

we stayed up all night talking and maybe got two hours of sleep.

Guys, I may have caught the feels.

Dude, chill. On a break means you are split and free to fuck around or whatever, which is exactly why "taking a break" is basically never a thing that actually means you get back together.
She should be clear with him that they arn't getting back together so he doesn't stick around like a lost puppy dog, like many who visit this thread might, but its fairly clear they are done.

I've been broken up with and my ex got together with someone new within a week, it kinda salt on the wound that soon. I would appreciate having not made it fully public at least for a bit to give some time between. Otherwise it just reeks of "broke up with you to get with this guy" even if it isn't true. I think she has an ok reason, and barring any other red flag stuff I don't think this is that much of an issue as your making it out to be.

Back to this now, facebook is kind of little use to me because she hasn't posted anything on there in months.

But anyway, chances are she probably is back by now and didn't even see that I had texted her because she said she was getting a new phone over the break and here I am waiting for her to text back when she probably doesn't even know I did in the first place.
