I think I've found the cause of a lot of my problems. It's not a very serious thing, but I have Dependent personality disorder. To sum it up, when it comes my ex who wants to be with me, but won't until I sort my shit out (it's completely understandable, trust me), but the main things that are affecting me are;
I'm too needy when it comes to her, I hate being alone so I want to talk to her all the time, I get way too sensitive to things and will also go through huge lengths not to lose her, even if there's nothing much wrong. And well, you can get the picture from that, if not, you can look it up.

I just get really anxious over stupid things, and I even get pretty bad mood swings as well, so it's not doing me any good.
So right now I really need to sort all this shit out, because its doing a lot of harm. Especially the jealousy (which I am trying to fix). I just don't know how to be more normal about it all.

What are you on about? There's nothing wrong in asking people out on dates over Facebook.

Back when I was new to the place I was studying in, it was a godsend for organizing hangouts and stuff. It's also great when there's somebody you think you'd get on really well with, but due to being in different groups / being bogged down with schoolwork and all that, you haven't actually been able to take a minute to chat with them for a decent length of time (quick and rushed hello's and goodbye's in the hallway don't cut it). It's been the case a few times that I'd get home and start a chat with whoever, and be able to build up to "Would you be up for going out for a coffee some time?" and that would pave the way for us hanging out more. It definitely beats the sporadic, chance encounters you get where you're both on your way someplace else and manage to get a few niceties out the way before having to head on.

Guess I should have elaborated; It's great for a coffee date or general hang, that's pretty much what facebook is there for, but asking someone to a formal dance is not something i'd be doing over the internet.

On a side note I did a phone interview for my brother's workplace and have an interview in the city on friday. I pretty much just don't have to be a sperg and i've got the job, which my brother would both manage and train me for, which would fucking own. Hopefully we don't tear each other apart as i'll have to live at his place for a while, but other than that things are looking way up!

Hmm, I'm kind of getting more worried about this. I haven't seen any more messages from her girlfriend but we're getting to be really close friends (Like, drinking out of the same cup close) and we hang out and work on projects together almost every other day. She's a really shy person and we've known each other since about November, she's been gradually getting more and more comfortable with me. Nowadays she can talk to me about almost anything.

I'm just worried about what would happen if her girlfriend found out. We're not really doing anything romantic but since her girlfriend seemed really jealous all the way back in February or something when she was still pretty reserved around me I'm kinda worried of how her girlfriend would react to seeing us now. If they were to break up over it that might create some distance between me and her, or at least make her sad which I don't want

ok so after I reiterated to my ex "Since I wasn't clear last time, I do not want to see or speak to you" she texts me at 9pm with just "come over", although it gave me the chance to tell her I had an interview tomorrow cause i'm such a big shot right, which she just replied with "come over anyway :)"

then after I don't reply for literally 2 minutes while I confirmed my plans with my ride to the interview she texts me "I wish you'd just get over yourself and just come fucking hang out, you're being such a girl about all of this" which is straight up insulting because i've got valid concerns, and it isn't as if it's out of spite i'm just straight up not interested in hanging out with her anymore, then said she'd call the house if I didn't respond in a threat to bother my parents lol.

She also dropped whale watching on me a couple more times, which I do want to go to but not when she's goading me on with it. I don't think she could get a refund for the 400 bones or was really just banking on me changing my mind. bitch be crazy

I have come up with a solution to your problem but you can only pick one. Choose wisely.

Write down a list of insults and whenever she texts you reply with one. Be immature! If you have trouble, play a game of CoD on Xbox Live and write down everything the five year-olds say. "Bitch made faggot" is one of my favs.
Send her pictures of dragonball z characters being sad when she texts you
Find pictures of superheroes eating food and send them to her when she texts you
Call her Mom and talk dirty to her. But only once, and claim you thought it was her.
Invite her out somewhere when she texts you, but don't show up. Keep doing this.
Tell her you're on your way over when she invites you. Don't go.
