Plagues isn't very good quality production-wise or something. It's like they turned up the treble on every song. Dear Love is still my favorite, by far.

Yeah.. I remember that the guy from Fuel burned out his voice so they replaced him.

I hate their music only because I have yet to find a song where their guitar and bass impress me. Then again, I don't care much about vocals. Just my opinion of them.

TDWP is a great band I'm listening to there new album right now. I saw them in concert and they are decent live. No not everyone can scream. I hate closed minded people.

With Roots Above and Branches Below is definitely an insanely good album. I like them because the music isn't so hard that it's unbearable to try to listen to the lyrics and seeing them in person made me respect them a lot more. The fact that a lot of people are associating this band with scene kids is ridiculous. They just wear the shirts cuz they like the abstract art and they like to look different...(which makes them all look the same).

I probably posted in this thread when it was originally around but I fucking love this band. I'm not Christian and the whole preaching thing they do occasionally is sort of annoying but I deal with it. They're very talented musicians. The new album blows me away every time I listen to it. :) As far as Jeremy's voice goes, yeah. Studio work is done on almost any voice, it's to be expected. I've very rarely heard singers that sounded as good live as they do on albums. I'm shocked anything successful has come from Dayton.

Im seeing this band live when they support enter shikari on the 12'th october. Enter Shikari are much better than these guys but they arent bad for a support.

I just can't stand the whole scene they're in. Most of the people they entertain are teenagers which just listen to them because they think it's cool. Metal isn’t about lip rings, eye liner, stupid haircuts and writing music so pre-teen girls will want to fuck you, metal is mean, it’s nasty, it’s angry, it’s about blood, violence and broken bones and venting about ranting and raving about wanting to smash someone’s head in with a fucking hammer. The Devil Wears Prada just doesn't cut it. Boring Repetitive Predictable

It's hard to find anything of value in songs like "Chainsaw Gutsfuck." That kind of stuff is the musical equivalent of those terribly generic, throw-away fantasy novels that nerdy people read for mindless entertainment.
