If they have a submission email, someone have him review snake on an old Nokia phone. I'd love to see that.

His good points were: * Plays just like the arcade original. His bad: * Dull, uninspired action * Can be completed in 40 minutes * Weak unlockables * Few modern enhancements. This guy shouldn't be reviewing games.[/QUOTE] Wait, how many quarters did he use? It's amazing to me that there are so many reviews like this. What were they expecting? The entire marketing campaign was literally "we took the original and made it pretty". Seriously, WHAT were they expecting???
Oh wow, they addressed how you had to pogo back in the NES original by holding Down and B, and they gave you an option to turn that off? That's awesome.
This guy kinda sounds like he's intentionally fishing for things to criticize about the game just because he doesn't know what he's talking about. I mean the premise of remastered games is them not changing up the original formula to big extents in favor of delivering a true to original experience with updated visuals for fans of the series. He kinda missed that, especially with the whole "cheap thing to create difficulty thing". Kinda makes him look like the first game he ever played was Fruit Ninja on the IPhone, because he doesn't sound like a person that ever played any platformer back in the times where they were big.
