People hate furries just a bit too much because a couple of morons made the fandom look like shit.

Ironically have encountered less drama online. Roflburger is right though, furries are hated because a minority reflects the majority, although this can happen with ever fandom and group of people. It would be best to stop talking about it from here on in as well.

I always thought each fandom should get their own thread. If they fuck up, then we point and laugh at them and never give them a thread again.

I think the Internet collectively moved away from the furry hate bandwagon when the bronies strolled into town.
