But really, if you're looking for an easy hard liquor, Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum is really smooth. It tastes like fucking candy.

I like vodka, shots go down easy and tastes nice with a mixer. If you want something that tastes good, Kahlua is really sweet. Honestly goes good mixed with a glass of milk. Out-of-the-bottle alcohol simply doesn't taste good if you're not used to it (unless you talk about all those premixed sodas), period. Getting acquainted with the flavors takes a bit of time, you'll just have to keep trying different kinds of beverages until you find what suits you the best. One thing that's quite true is that the more expensive it is, the better it tastes. If you don't want to take in lots of liquid (such as mixers) and can't be arsed making the more known drinks, I'd say vodka is the best simply because it has the purest taste and high strength (after all, it's just pure alcohol and water). As people has been saying here you just need to pour small shots of it and the more expensive the brand the purer the taste tends to be and the more easily it goes down. If you can afford some nicer brand like Stolichnaya I'm pretty sure it will work out well for you.

Skittle vodka? Get a good brand of vodka, get a bag of skittles, grab some water bottles, fill each bottle about 1/4 of the way. Pour in vodka and shake for about 3 minutes, let it sit, then shake every hour for about 2 minutes. You should google it, apparently it tastes like pure candy but can get you shitfaced depending on the vodka. The better the vodka, the better the skittle vodka.
