hey valve, this is your new modeller, texturer and animator.
Valve, this is your new EVERYTHING!
Smexy.
This guy did something that would require a whole team to do.
I hope that if they ever make an official movie, it's like this and not live action. And while I want Gordon to be in it, I still don't want him to say anything. The title should be "The One Free Man"
I sent an email to Gabe so we could hear his opinion on this masterpiece.
typo on the newspaper clipping "misterious"
I think it looks awesome. I want it
I never want Gordon to talk, so I never want a Half-Life movie.
I think if there ever was a Half-Life movie it should take place while Gordon was in stasis. This way we get to see how the earth fell to the combine and we don't have to watch a movie with a completely mute character.
I'm impressed.
holyfuck Gordon running around with the RPG? Badass.
No. NO. NONONONONONONO. This is NOT good. This is DISGUSTING. This is an INSULT to Valve and every true Half-Life fan. It only took him 20 seconds to violate the single rule every bit of Half-Life media has to follow: YOU NEVER SHOW GORDON FREEMAN. PERIOD. We are Gordon Freeman. Not some actor, Not some 3d model, Not some internet personality. We never hear or see Gordon Freeman, And we never get details on Gordon's personality for a good reason. Because it would break the immersion that true gamers hold so dear and it shits all over Valve when it's violated. The real fans around here respect that, Mr. Marco Spitoni. Why don't you? Why do you think any serious Half-Life related media outside of Valve focuses on Citizens and Rebels with no named character from Half-Life in sight? Oh, and may i might add that Mr. Marco Spitoni here is a content thief (That's Kathar's Gordon he's stealing) and an unoriginal talentless hack. Stealing from Valve. How about doing something original, and NOT making glorified fan fiction based on someone else's hard work you parasite? No true Half-Life fan should allow garbage like this to ever exist. And no true Half-Life fan should allow anyone to even consider the idea of a Half-Life movie. I implore you to do your duty as a fan. Boycott this piece of vomit and drive it from the internet.

Also, I came.
Valve should help this guy, like getting someone to make him a good website about the movie.

Gordon Freeman is you only in the sense that he's a video game character you're playing as. You have absolutely no influence on anything that happens in the game. It's a linear story with a boring main character. But you're right, YOU NEVER SHOW GORDON FREEMAN. PERIOD. EVER. NO MATTER WHAT. Except on the box art of every game they release. I'm sorry to say this, but Gordon Freeman shouldn't have buldging muscles. In the game, the HEV suit is the only thing that supplies most of his strength, agility, and endurance.

that. was. awesome. i like the graphics. i hope he makes a full version. maybe we will hear gordon freeman talk. the traintrack scene looked... off... like they used miniatures and didnt scale them all correctly... [editline]12:29AM[/editline] get him a job at valve
My reaction :damn:

I wouldn't call it amazing.
I a good watch but it didn't really impress me. Infact, the cg and animation was rather cheap at times. Especially the airboat shot, that was just silly. But I can assure you, a movie of this quality would never be approved by Valve, and with good reason. They care about artistic integrity and would never turn Half-Life into a franchise like Star Wars, or with any shitty animated movies like with Resisdent Evil. [editline]12:45AM[/editline] Which is one of the reasons that Half-Life so great. Every addition is perfect. Except for maybe Episode 1.
I thought that the animation was really good. Especially at the moment Gordon ran with the rocket launcher.
The running part was really good. I digress.
He was chosen to wear the HEV suit (which is actually made with military applications in mind) because he was incredibly muscular to begin with.
Really? Never knew that, I thought it was used for increased performance.
Really? Never knew that, I thought it was used for increased performance.
Why else would a hazmat suit be designed to monitor weapons load outs, ammunition, and have ablative armor :v:
This guy, Meet the Medic. YES (or atleast a fanmade one)
Tis awesome. Awesome i say!
It looks good but everything seems a bit plastic-like.
I came rainbows
