thats just stiff bones
Yeah, bones should be a bit flexible.
It means that you have AIDS.
Spray them in WD-40.

You son of a /b/itch, a Pedobear avatar is almost as bad as a TF2 avatar, but I'm mentally handicapped and my penis is 2 inches long. Whats your excuse?

You should join the American infantry.

It means you have lupus.

Wish I could but I'm legally blind & under 18. :sigh:
I had this when I was younger but it went away.
my back cracks whenever i turn my body around.. And we have hip hop dancing this year :(
ONTOPIC: i personally suggest going to a doctor.
My wrists, back, shoulders, neck, knees, ankles crack for about the first two hours after I wake up... I am 25... get used to it kiddo
Whenever I move me knees real fast they pop does that mean my knees have Antikenyanitus?
And to OP try getting a massage on your shoulders might help.
Yeah, bones should be a bit flexible.
You know what i mean
All my joints crack at random.
Cracking itself is not harmful (granted you drink your milk) , but the cause probably is.
One thing is clear though. It's not lupus. It never is.
Same thing happens with my right knee. Whenever it's been bent for a long time and stretch it, it does this weird crackling sound. Doesn't hurt, but it sounds like it really does.
Ok ... my thumb from my right hand cracks almost every day when I wake up. I dont think its good when stuff like that happens. Maybe a tiny layer of the bones breaks and then grows again, and then breaks again and so on.
P.S: Are you doing enough exercises?
but I did research and it might be a rotator cuff issue.

According to the internet I have three types of cancer and two STDs. I also have Swine Flu possibly an allergy to nuts.

Today in Drama we did some warm ups on a shoulders. The teacher told anybody experiencing clicking that it was simply down to a lack of exercise. You obviously don't use your arms alot.
See a doctor if you are that worried but like all clicking bones it's best to not keep clicking them.
your bone isn't strong
