We just had a big storm in northern germany, Wind speeds of 130 km/h in some places. This used to be a Highway: Big waves. And this is the storm from space: Now there may be places where this is completely normal, but this is a place were the highest amount of snow we get is 2 cm and only 3 - 4 times a year. The last time something like this happened was in 1978. Ontopic: I saw a horizontal icicle.

Not sure when the picture was taken exactly, but I am guessing it should be around midday last saturday. I have been following the storm before it started and where I live is just at the egde of where it is in the photo.

The storm is called daisy by the way.
-19? That's not even very cold. It was about -35 in finland some days ago
You can't compare cold temperatures in warm countries with cold temperatures in cold countries. If someone would be going:"Hmm, it is 45C° maybe I should slowly turn on the cooling.." then people in finland would be going O.o
Anyone seeing this as him trying to wank? :l

There was some pretty big ass icicles near me. About 2 meters long... :v:
How dare you call that "BAD" weather! BLASPHEMY! Schools are closed and you can laugh at people when they slip and fall.
You're sword - panther cat boy aren't you? Why have you got the same expression on your face in every picture I've ever seen of you?
about a year or 2 ago got a icicle going from my roof down to the ground looked like a tower for a bit atleast until it pulled some of the roof shingles off
Clearly, size matters. :3:
