Yeah ofcourse. I can't draw a car that proportionally correct from my mind.
hella flush my rims rub my wheelwells when i turn but who cares
I won't be THAT flush. I'll raise my car about 1" off the tire so I won't break shit. I'll also run a narrowish tire.
Have another.

Save your money and get a 300ZX.
Save your money and get a 300ZX.
No thanks. I make the same power and weigh less.
god forbid you hit a speed bump
Save your money and get a 300ZX.
yeah. i'm getting that.
I'm gonna re upholster the seats, add 2 back seats with a little "console." but before I do that, it's a new engine, fuel management system, ECU, and an exhaust system.
I'm gonna try to get a turbo, and a turbo charger with a nice greddy BOV.
a turbo AND a turbocharger? you've got money dude.
Man, I wish I had the cash you guys had. I'd like to get something that merely ran good, preferably a saloon, but it's looking like I'm going to start out with a manual 1989 Nissan pickup or an auto 1992 Ford Explorer.
Go with the Explorer.

nice panel misalignment, wheels that will probably rub during steering/suspension travel, and really hideous, heavy, and probably unaerodynamic bodykit, looks like a sweet ride

A turbo is the plastic badge you buy at wal-mart. A turbocharger is an actual thing.
Like this turbo Altima.

For fuck's sakes, I never said manual was difficult. I just said driving casually through a city is more fun generally with an automatic. Manual is not needed in situations that don't require speeding, and automatic is more convenient otherwise. That said, it's still piss-easy to drive a manual, but I'd rather not be stuck with it forever since I do a lot of city driving.
EDIT - My joke detector is broken, forgive me.

Or something you paint on the side of your Volvo stationwagon. :v:

I was joking. :v:
I'd really like to learn manual first, because I don't even know if my family is going to get the Ford yet. Plus, I live in a very wooded part of town, with open roads and bypasses and all that.

Now that Saab isn't in GM any more, I hope they can make some real Saabs again with all the character and style instead of just some slightly more expensive Opel clones.
Manual is easy, yes maybe automatic is easier if you really can't operate the 3 gears needed in city, but otherwise it's a lot more fun.

I thought they were based on the cheap Cadillacs.

They were Rebadged Opels most of the time.
My drivers ed teacher is a douche. Thank god I already learned how to drive and am only doing this for the insurance rebate.I'm glad i don't have to learn from him.
First thing he yelled at me for, putting seatbelt on as soon as I got in the car. What the fuck? He said I didn't follow proper procedures. I was supposed to adjust seat and mirrors first. What if I got rear ended while sitting there?
Second was somewhat understandable but still annoying as hell. Okay, on the residential road we were doing the driving test on, there is a spot where the stop sign is seriously like 10 feet before the intersection. So I was slowing down to stop at the corner so I could actually see down the road to see cars and he like flipped the fuck out like "WHAT THE HELL YOU JUST RAN THE STOP SIGN? I DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO PAY YOUR TICKET".
Then the next girl was fucking doing the stereotypical lurch-stop thing you see on tv, doing opposite turn signals, pumping the brakes, missing turns and he didn't say shit.

If they were gone for 2 minutes, then you should be able to guess why he didn't flip out.
Uh, you usually don't have to dick around with mirrors and seats on your own car. What an asshole.
