I'm not quite sure what you're trying to say.
lets say you get exploded and they make you how you were before you exploded, would you be the same person
lets say you get exploded and they make you how you were before you exploded, would you be the same person
No, obviously not considering that in-order to do that it would require cloning if I understand to what you're trying to get at.
I provided links, definitions, facts, and proof. Yet you somehow idiotically and blindly deny it all, and ignore it. Yet you come back with your argument with terrible grammar and english skills. You wouldn't stand a minute in a real debate. You* haven't* isn't* and remember your periods, please. [editline]10:30PM[/editline] Sounds fine to me. :P
i thought you said we would stop talking about this, btu what ever, your links are for the original definition like i said and are not the definition we use today and when looking at the old definition your is still kinda a hypothesis [editline]02:34AM[/editline]
No, obviously not considering that in-order to do that it would require cloning if I understand to what you're trying to get at.
well with nanobots and i thought about this when i found out that you replace all the atoms in your body at one point and yet you are still the same person

You still carry on your lacking-support argument with critical grammar errors. But, sure...Agree to Disagree.
I told that to OvB. You still carry on your lacking-support argument with critical grammar errors. But, sure...Agree to Disagree.
well fine i will understand that you just love circular arguments and act like a 4 year old when it comes to logc and say nothing more
lets say you get exploded and they make you how you were before you exploded, would you be the same person
So... breaking down a human into a collection of atoms, then rebuilding said human with the same atoms?
Just don't think about it. You only live once, make this life count. Try to have as much fun as possible. Fuck many bitches, party with friends, go into a huge debt like everyone else and LIVE!!! Don't waste your time looking into the science and evolution bullshit on life. If evolution was true, how the fuck did we come from a rock?!
god you are the worst kind of anti-evolutionist
So... breaking down a human into a collection of atoms, then rebuilding said human with the same atoms?
yes
We don't exist. How else would the universe start from nothing? Also, it's simple - The only reason the illusion of our existence is present is because it doesn't exist, along with logic, so it really doesn't have to make sense that we don't exist.
yes
Well... You wouldn't be able to put a suicide bomber back together and expect him to live... but maybe if you atomize something and rebuild it properly at the same time it may still live. I'm not quite sure though.

Please, if we're going to have this thread at least have put some effort into OP content. To define existence in general, you need to talk about broader subjects and reference material and feelings that transcend culture and time. If you're going to philosophize please be a little more expansive and less relative to your own perception of reality. In my opinion every idea you have is just a figment of something created by your mind or others in society. Yes, we all exist, this isn't some one consciousness bullshit, but everything we use to try to describe reality is contrived. We try to model the erratic and unexplained, but these models are only illusions, dark shadows in the mirror of the reflection from the true object.

Everything is subjective. and subjectivity is subjective. IT'S ALL LIES
I don't mean to derail the thread, its just another question that is related to the idea as a whole. If you are set that there is no life after life, is there no other reason to live that just to live? The actions made by you do not ultimately matter and what happens after death won't matter because you'll be dead anyways. People will possibly mourn the loss of you but does anything truly matter in life?
My thoughts? You are one person, out of billions. You are on one planet, in a solar system of hundreds of beings. You are in one solar system of millions. These solar systems make up one galaxy. This galaxy is just one of the many that fill the universe. The universe is infinite. You have no worth or importance at all.
are you talking about environmental conditioning?
I'm not familiar with that term. Please do expand.
This is why people turn to religion, because they think they have to have an answer for everything, and if they don't, they feel insecure about their existence.
I'm not familiar with that term. Please do expand.
the thoughts you think come from the people around you, like for example getting raised by christians wlll make you most likely christian because they will teach you the things they think and stuff like that [editline]03:08AM[/editline]
Oh, I see. You're a troll. Carry on. (@imasillypiggys)
i aint no troll im a piggy why would you say that?
it matters as much as you want it to matter
It is one reason I cannot let go of believing in god. Not meaning to start anything. Its not as if I'm ignorant. I understand the points of view against it and respect any other to have their own opinion on the matter. I know that it is logically incorrect and its all based off of faith. And it may be because I am insecure in my existence.

We are not special. We are not destined.

As far as i care, reality is inherently absurd, partially due to the fact that Reality is more or less powered by a random number generator (A.K.A. The odds) I'm lucky to have been born as a human male as opposed to the whole universe of possibilities that could have alternately happened.
well then it seems you really have no reason to believe
Maybe not, I still do though.
Maybe not, I still do though.
well whatever its not i can control what you think or anything because if i could do that i would be king of the world and all
Whatever purpose (if any) we existed for was either fufilled or nullified generations ago; we're just waiting until we go extinct as a species at this point.
make your own goal and try your best to complete it, thats all you can really do
Do we really exist? -Yes? Are we just a pawn of some higher power or are we a part of some perverted computer game? -No? because man created computers? How come I view the world through my eyes, not detached from my body (similar to a third-person game)? -Because your eyes are inside your head? and why the fuck would you see outside your body?
also lets say that you when you were a sperm didnt make it, but even if you didnt another sperm would have and grew up and because it has the same genes and environment it would look and act just like you, so would you consider the other you or not?
