brotherhood was 100% faithful to the manga
when the original was made, the manga wasn't finished. so like halfway through they just decided to wing it and write a new storyline.
so yes brotherhood is better because it is canon
although the original is pretty good
its amazing how its impossible to talk about avatar without talking about fma and vice versa. someone should do a crossover or something. it's just asking to be made.
MLP is a pretty good cartoon, for all the flak it gets.
Wait how are there any more Sky Bison and Lemurs in Korra?
Alot of Lemurs yes, Think i only seen 1 sky bison...Don't know if it's appa.

Aang found a herd of sky bison after the end of the original series, and although Momo is the last of his breed, there were always other flying lemur about. The ring tailed being one of them that we see in Korra.

Well, well, his cabbages...
He gave up his cabbages for technology and wealth, the question is... Was it worth it?
The future is powered by cabbages.

Oh god, that is... well... ok.
people really seem to like the water tribe, huh?
Maybe someone can clear this up. I was talkin about the show with someone from one of my classes, and he told me that all girls in the southern water tribe could heal. Is this true?

The wiki says "The use of healing waterbending techniques is generally taught only to female waterbenders of the Northern Water Tribe.", Katara learned healing from Gran Gran and she was originally from the Northern tribe.
I thought Katara learned how to heal with water bending from Jeong Jeong?
Scrap that, after looking at the episode Aang asks her where she learned that, she replies "I guess I always knew". Ah well
She had it in her all along. When her hands got burned, she subconsciously healed herself. Only when they got to the Northern Water Tribe then she received proper training

You know I sort of figured this was the case already, but were the Airbenders basically the Tibetans to the Firebenders being China? I mean what with the name Tenzin being in there (the same first name as the current Dalai Lama), the outfits, and the fact that their leadership structure was councils of monks, it just seems to make sense.

Also IIRC Waterbenders are Inuit.

Well that's more obvious.

Firebender architecture, fashion style, and armor seemed really Chinese, wouldn't surprise me if they were modeled after them.

Well most things in Avatar are based off of Asian nations or Asian cultures. Republic City in particular seems to be modeled after a turn-of-the-century version (think 1910s to 1930s) of Shanghai with steampunk elements. With gangs like 'The Triads' and Chinese characters used on posters and signs, it seems pretty hard to ignore it.
...so has the new episode been leaked yet?

Nick has changed security on their website, so there won't be any more leaks like there were with Episode 4.
