I kind of want to see how they would work that since it would basically be a metaphor for rape and how one goes about recovery. But I think that is a weeee bit too dark for a kids show, and (more importantly) that shadbase guy would have a field day. Of which I don't particularly want to see the results of (but someone will post it anyways).
Still, I want to see how far they can push the envelope on that one.

I think when Amon is about to take her bending she goes avatar state. They focused on her eyes in that preview.
My guess is, if she does lose her bending, she has to go on a spiritual journey to recover it all while the equalists control republic city

It's been confirmed Season 2 has a [I]completely[/I] different villain, so that seems unlikely.

The avatar in both series have yet to show the ability to do advanced bending in each element, e.g. bloodbending, metalbending, sandbending or lightning bending/redirection. I would think Korra would at least try metalbending if she wasn't already taught it by her masters.
If he put her in a metal room filled with flammable gas then she really couldn't bend anything or she would be fucked.

Aang redirected Ozai's lightning. So I think its possible the avatars can do advanced bending.
I think Amon's solution to mass bending is linked to the avatar somehow.
On a side note, what do you people think of the possibility of Amon succeeding in removing everyone's bending and season 2 being the aftermath and the journey to restore balance? (with the avatar somehow still being the avatar)

Just shows what a badass Amon is. Even with Tarrlok's ridiculous bloodbending he powers through it.
Maybe Amon is Tarlok's Father.
So, obviously, I missed a pretty damn good episode from the sound of things.
Any place I can watch the full episode now? Or should I just wait until it's on the Nick website?
