I think its an interesting take on the Zombie genre.
The movie was ok.
It was funny, and it was good, but not "FUCKING AMAZING WHAR RAWR"
It's a good, funny, Zombie comedy.
I'd watch it again, but it's not one of those movies you never get tired of watching.

I think his excessive final exhale "hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" thing kind of ruined it for me.

I couldn't see a Zombieland 2 movie, but I still hope they make one. I really liked it.
