Favorite Video Game * Mario Kart The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks Wii Fit Wii Sports Resort
Even in this they failed hard.
Black Eyed Peas beat COLDPLAY What IS this.
They're both terrible, so no big loss.
I like Ne-Yo
Do you like Ne-Yo? I've been a big Ne-Yo fan ever since the release of his 2007 album, Because of You. Before that, I really didn't understand any of his work. Too artsy, too intellectual. It was on Because of You where Ne-Yo's presence became more apparent. I think Year of the Gentleman was his undisputed masterpiece. It's an epic meditation on intangibility. At the same time, it deepens and enriches the meaning of the preceding two albums. Listen to the brilliant ensemble playing of Ne-Yo, Ne-Yo, and Ne-Yo. You can practically hear every nuance of every instrument. In terms of lyrical craftsmanship, the sheer songwriting, this album hits a new peak of professionalism. Take the lyrics to Mad. In this song, Ne-Yo addresses the problems of abusive political authority. Closer is the most moving R&B song of the 2000's, about monogamy and commitment. The song is extremely uplifting. Their lyrics are as positive and affirmative as anything I've heard in pop. Ne-Yo's solo career seems to be more commercial and therefore more satisfying, in a narrower way. Especially songs like Miss Independent and Go On Girl. But I also think Ne-Yo's works best within the confines of the group, than as a solo artist, and I stress the word artist. This is Do You, a great, great song, a personal favorite.
OP fucking angers me.
OP fucking angers me.
me or the post I made? It would make sense either way due to my thread making that everyone seems to hate, but which one were you referring to?
:derp: WHAT IS THIS VILE SHIT!
I was in Omegle the other day, some guy asked me what music I liked, I said, "Stuff like Metallica, Anthrax, MegaDeth, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden." He says, "wow never heard of those. they must suck" :smithicide: [editline]04:06PM[/editline]
me or the post I made? Kid's choice my ass. Whoever pays the most for #1's choice, more like it.

Oh, my gosh! This is an egregious offense toward taste and decency! These plights must be burned at the stake for such blasphemy.
Favorite Video Game * Mario Kart The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks Wii Fit Wii Sports Resort
Why all Nintendo games? But at least people didn't pick something like Wii Sports over Mario Kart.
Kids these days are absolutely retarded. I asked one kid what he felt about the Godfather, and he started talking about the fucking GAME! He likened it to Modern Warfare 2!
I'm disgusted.
Kid's choice my ass. Whoever pays the most for #1's choice, more like it.
Nah. It's essentially that kids will vote for whatever you want them to vote for. Nickelodeon practically comes up to them and says "Vote for Spongebob!" so they vote for Spongebob.
Favorite Music Group *Black Eyed Peas Coldplay Jonas Brothers Linkin Park
:sigh:
:sigh:
*pats back* I was depressed too.
Oh geez, well they'll grow up.. To party and fuck whores or to browse facepunch. >.>
Kids these days are absolutely retarded. I asked one kid what he felt about the Godfather, and he started talking about the fucking GAME! He likened it to Modern Warfare 2!
Da fuck! The game has absolutely nothing on the movie. :argh: at that kid.
Favorite Music Group * Black Eyed Peas Coldplay Jonas Brothers Linkin Park This depressed me most, Linkin Park haven't even done anything big over the past year, and even if they did they're a shit band. Jonas Brothers, again how, Coldplay haven't done anything big either but they're the best band there and the Black Eyed Peas are plagarists.
I wish Cartoon network was back to the way it was :frown: We don't need stupid TV shows like total drama island
Man facepunch really loves talking about things they hate.
when i was little, my favourite movie was Aliens, my favourite cartoon was Ren and Stimpy, my favourite non-cartoon show was law and order, and my favourite game was half-life. so i dunno, that's your call chief
Can't generalise bro, everyone's different. [editline]11:47PM[/editline]
Man facepunch really loves talking about things they hate.
To be fair i've never really hear a reason why they hate it apart from it's stupid.
Favorite Book * Diary of a Wimpy Kid series Twilight series Vampire Diaries series Where the Sidewalk Ends you know what thats it I hate kids
You'd best be joking. Where the Sidewalk Ends is classic.
hey guys here's a radical idea shows that you watch as a kid might make you remember them as being better than they were because you were a fucking kid enough with this early 2000's garbage
I'm within the age group someone earlier said (12-17, I'm 16) and I prefer classic stuff over this mainstream shit. I listen to classic rock (Boston/America/Blue Oyster Cult, anyone?) and enjoy older cartoons (Rugrats, CatDog, Rocko, etc.). I'm one of the few who, in my opinion, have good taste in media. That is all.
Blue Oyster Cult, anyone?
Fuck yeah
Why all Nintendo games? But at least people didn't pick something like Wii Sports over Mario Kart.
Because a lot of kids are going to own a Nintendo Wii and kids voted on this. Why is this so hard for you people to grasp?
I don't remember Jay-Z ever singing.. Maybe horribly trying to hold a pitch, but never actually singing. He's a rapper.
Oh, my gosh! This is an egregious offense toward taste and decency! These plights must be burned at the stake for such blasphemy.
When you're trying to prove your age group aren't complete retards, it would help to actually know what the words you're using in order to sound sophisticated mean. Y'know, it might help a tad.
I didn't know 90% of the names, movies, and songs listed. [editline]08:01PM[/editline] 16,000 psot.
