I think instead of deathmatch focused maps, they need to add some Rush focused maps because all the Rush maps are just really lazy except Metro and Davamand Peak.

Not necessarily (although I do agree that grenade spamming is a HUGE problem on smaller maps); playing hardcore mode will turn friendly fire on. Players will then have to take this into consideration when throwing grenades, thus hopefully eliminating the problem.
