Please explain it to me I don't get it :(
[editline]24th November 2011[/editline]
Holy shit I just noticed it now, those crafty fuckers
So it's just a reference? Or is this going to lead up to some crazy dream episode where one of them encounteres the de-I mean beetlejuice.
Does this show get better at all? I started to watch the first episode of season 1 and I really did not find it funny.
It does. I found it a bit bland at the start but by the middle of season 1 or so I was hooked and finished the rest in like 3 days
I just watched the latest episode of community on hulu.
That's dark.

I hated the first few episodes, but I had the same problem with the show Chuck. Even Arrested Development starts slowly (Though, once you start catching references, repeat viewings of the first episode becomes amazing).
i just bought the season 2 dvd on amazon for 14 dollars
i finished watching the previous episodes backwards, watched the episodes of season 3, then season 2, then season 1
the writing for this show is consistently good
I dont care if I come off as a stereotypical Community fan, but Senor Chang is my favorite character.

Hahaha that's fucking brilliant. That's what I call a cleverly placed easter egg.
So yeah remember that tv guide thing I was banging on and on about?

Deserving of it fully.
The deal he cut with the bar association -was- to go to community college for 4 years. He wouldn't need to go to law school due to past experience, just take a law major at Greendale.
I thought that the law school degree was legitimate, but his BA was fake? He lied to get into law school, right?
Hopefully it being on the cover will get it a lot more attention. Is it done now until whenever they are ready to put out more episodes or is it just off for a bit?

Yeah, he just never graduated from College, but faked his way into Law School.
He has a degree from Columbia.
Also, a little goof (unless Pierce's mom didn't know his dad was alive:)
In a season 1 episode I watched again with my girlfriend today, we noticed that Pierce accidentally calls his mom due by accident while trying to use his phone's voice commands. When he's banging his backpack against the desks on his way out of the room, his mother says "I saw your father's ghost again today. He's still angry.."
But we saw Pierce's father alive in "Advanced Gay."
Pierce mentions that his mom pretended that he was dead. She was likely trying to cover up the fact that his father visited.

Or Pierce's mom is from the future
only logical explanation

Oh, okay! I never caught that, oddly enough.

You never know these days.
That was a great episode.
Oh god, the anime segment was so freaking hilarious.
batman returns
new episode too good
great episode.
shirley is about the same age as jeff.
The last shot, not Leonard's review, was quite heartwarming. Cleverly done.
What the hell happened to this show?
I'm not saying it in a bad way but compared to the first season, this is way different
I miss the classroom scenes as well as them moving around campus.
