I like this series (i have only seen season one) but i have to admit it's not incredible omg best series evar. It's a decent zombie series. That's it. The story is not really original either, it's really just a basic zombie story that pretty much anyone with a pinch of imagination could have come up with. Maybe the second season in better, i still have to see it.
Well, I think they're not really butchering it, so much as adding an extra leg in the process of her becoming a total badass. She's gradually getting that way, but there's no denying that at the moment, she's manic-depressive, impulsive and not very confident or good with a gun, but that's kind of changing.
And a complete bitch. Every time Dale objects to something and she is present, she just says "Dale" and looks at him and he shuts up. Or maybe it just shows that Dale is a wimp.
I cared more about Otis than half the characters in the series.
Dale's still my favorite. He's the most observant, wants to help everybody with their problems, and doesn't really have any morally ambiguous ties that put the group in immediate danger. And as I suspected, Shane's fuckin bonkers.

I seriously thought shit was going to go down this last episode. But there was a lot of really good and much needed character development. Lets just hope next episode the shooting of the zombies commences.
I don't mind the sex. It's not common enough to be annoying, but just the fact that there's been hardly any change in situation or scenery in the last few episodes is kind of grating.
I'm blaming the budget cut. Oh and I don't know why but after every episode I just hate the white bitch more and more. She just gets more cocky about her very limited abilities and is going to get herself or someone else killed sooner or later. If it weren't for the fact that she sucked at aiming Daryl would be dead.
I cared more about Otis than half the characters in the series.
Otis in the comics was an abusive husband and a racist bastard. He lasted a lot longer in the comics, and looked kinda like Walter Kovacs from Watchmen. I'd recommend the comics so you can see the other side of Otis.

Can't bare myself for episode 7 :v:

If he just ended up killing a racist abusive husband, the viewers would probably just think it was a fair call.
Why the fuck are they going on hiatus until February after next week's episode? I don't want to sit and wait around for this show.
Why the fuck are they going on hiatus until February after next week's episode? It's like they're trying to kill The Walking Dead, giving them half the budget for twice as many episodes, and splitting the season up so that by the time February comes, only the 'hardcore' fans will remember its existence.
Splitting the seasons up is really the standard for tv series like this now [editline]21st November 2011[/editline] Just look at burn notice white collar ect.
It's fucking dumb, it's like, hey, here's a bunch of shit episodes, then when things are a little more interesting and there's a glimmer of promise, we're gonna take a break, so fuck you. Maybe I just won't even bother when it comes back. I'll just stick it out without TV until BB comes back and then I guess I'm done 'cause there's really nothing on worthwhile anymore.

But I somehow doubt that.
Guys I figured out to make this a good show again. Kill Lori Kill Carol Kill Shane Kill Andrea Kill Hershel and his entire family (except maybe that one guy, and don't fucking say Maggie, she's a dumb cunt) Keep Rick (debatable), Carl, Dale, Glenn, Sophia, Daryl and that black guy.
Keep Andrea, especially with what's happened in the comics. Kill the writers, however.
Kill lori but after she has the baby Kill carol kill hershel and entire family Make up story about how otis lived somehow by using a trap door in the middle of the road have him kill shane Keep Rick, Carl [sp]Judy if they keep the name[/sp] andrea glenn daryl and token.
You guys would get very far in zombie apocalypse, killing everyone off you find slightly annoying. This just in, annoying stupid people exist in real life too.
You guys would get very far in zombie apocalypse, killing everyone off you find slightly annoying.
This just in, annoying stupid people exist in real life too.
Not to the levels of bitchery half the characters are.

Despite what some people are saying about how they're dragging this on with the Sophia plot, I really enjoy this season. It's true it's been taking a while but they've brought up other issues, and I'm sure they're going to resolve it all in some climatic fashion
I Laughed hard when Andrea shot the walker who was 1-2meters from her and she instantly becomes a professional gun shooter, headshoting 2-3 walkers on a longer range
Yeah that last episode was cheesy as fuck in a lot of places. mostly the ending.
Who is judy?
Who is judy?
Nevermind what I said previously. Judy in the TV show seems to be a character from the webisodes.
Judy is the main character of the webisodes. Which, by the way, if you haven't seen, you definitely should. Tells the story of the legless walker that Rick first encounters in the first episode.
Wow, that sounds completely droll.
