Oh, well, plot devices then. That's the only option I see now.
Yeah i'm not gonna look to far into it, just sayin'.
Cutting through bone wouldn't be much easier on the saw.
I thought it was pretty weird when Shane did a girl voice.
Where did Marrel go if the door was still chained when they showed up? He couldn't have gone far with one hand.
That was a relatively boring episode, but I like everything they are setting up. And I only mean boring as in there wasn't too much action, the drama was nice though. I wonder how much more they will deviate from the comic series though...
francis is going to appear in a closet
Shane mad cause he can't fuck Rick's wife 'erry day now, so now he's trying to fuck Carl.
This is one of the only shows I watch on TV along with other AMC shows, most other show I watch on Hulu.
So the door was still locked when they got there. There was only one way off the roof, which is jumping off. (Unless there is another building's roof close by, which I didn't see.) So are they going to look over the edge and see his splatter on the pavement?
This is one of the only shows I watch on TV along with other AMC shows, most other show I watch on Hulu.
Breaking Bad is probably the best god damned show ever made, so AMC has some good programming. Mad Men and The Walking dead are extremely good, and the previews of the new shows coming out look fantastic as well. Basically, it's all I watch now, besides Dexter.

That's why they met minimal resistance in the zombie department in the store. They had a meal, but it decided to try and fly with failed results.
Am I the only one wondering why there was NO blood by his hand? Also, did they say 3 more episodes left or 13? I find it hard to believe they'd only produce 6 episodes for a season.
Yeah 3. Short season.

Although they should've known a zombie series would be hugely popular.
I wonder how they'll progress the show. The comic series is fairly long and still ongoing. I wonder if the show will follow it to the core or end up skipping around areas and such. Also, who was that splattered on the pavement in the previews for next episode? Thought it was the brother but then they insist on going to look.
Issue 79 comes out in 3 days!

Now that more and more people are tuning in to watch, with the debut viewer count of 5 million, AMC renewed for a full-sized second season, and possibly the third as well? I don't remember that far.
Never seen one done before, I bet there hasn't been one like this.
Most usually go upto 8 eps at the most.
Frank Darabont you fucking ASSHOLE. I hate cliffhangers :suicide:
fuck, i missed tonight's episode (the channel here at school switched back to cartoon network).
So guys. They rehumanized Lori, amirite?

What AMC does is they "test" a show using a short first season as a kind of insurance policy. That way if the show flops they hadn't invested as much time, money, effort, and program spots. Plus it's a good way of only airing the crown jewels of television dramas. By the end of season one we're all going to be pumped for season two.
Within only one episode this show tore my heart out, with Darrel begging and crying for his life on the roof in front of zombies, and Rick meeting his family again. Also his wife probably wants him dead, hence her insistence of him going to the city.
No she doesn't but it is a emotional show.
Personally I am quite annoyed with tonights episode, I am really getting the feeling the next few episodes will be wasted on what I call the "Redneck Brothers Saga." Why in the world has the show detracted from the comic so much in these past two episodes? They are messing with the narrative in a way that I do not like.
Damn 3rd ep was so boring. 4th should be better.
