I want to know what happened to Racist Francis, Where did he go?
Yeah 3. Short season.
You forget the fact that each episode is an hour long. Compared to a regular series this would have a run time as about 12 30 minute episodes. That isn't as bad when put to perspective.
I want to know what happened to Racist Francis, Where did he go?
He flew away.

Mad Men had a first season of 13 episodes simply because it was the first series since 1999 that AMC was trying to have. They had low ratings, and needed a boost, which is why they are pumping out television series. Breaking Bad had seven episodes, and it's one of the best shows AMC has produced, but they have no money to out right produce seasons as such.
I'm not sure if I'm late but they're already writing the second season as we speak and it'll have 13 episodes.
Anybody else think that Racist Francis Jumped off the building?

[editline]15th November 2010[/editline]
The network originally ordered nine episodes for the first season (including the pilot), but the Writers Guild of America strike limited the production to seven episodes.[3]
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Breaking_Bad my bad, it was supposed to be short at the start (9 episodes) but was made even shorter by the writing strike.
You know what I like about shows like the Walking Dead? I can instantly tell if someone is a douche or not by how they talk about it. It makes it easy on me because then I can avoid douches. Let me show you. "Have you seen The Walking Dead?" "What's the Walking Dead?" - Ignorant but might have an open mind. "Is that the stupid zombie show?" - Just plain ignorant. "Zombies in any form creep me out so I'm not going to watch it." - Agree to disagree. "Yeah, I love how it is a social commentary on ____" - I love you, man. "Yeah, it was a boring dog turd. Too much talking and not enough zombie killing." - Douche! See, it's great because now I know I can avoid at least 2 people on facepunch who thought this was dumb! My system works!
So, they're going to grab the guns right? 20 bucks that they'll find One-Hand Racist Francis popping zombies in the head with akimbo shotguns. wait
Six episodes seasons are pretty common here in the UK.

there is a secret 60 min version
Damnit I wanna see more now. That episode ended too fast.
The episodes just get better and better
[sp]I hope the actor playing Shane does good in the next couple episodes, leading us to hate him to his death and being emotional at the final moments[/sp]

Wow, viewers actually went up for the third episode: http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/blogs/live-feed/walking-dead-rises-third-episode-45444
Wow, viewers actually went up for the third episode: http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/blogs/live-feed/walking-dead-rises-third-episode-45444
Hopefully it will stay like that for the rest of the season. I really want this to keep going along with the comic series, However long that might take, cause i will watch ever single episode that comes out. [editline]15th November 2010[/editline]
[sp]I hope the actor playing Shane does good in the next couple episodes, leading us to hate him to his death and being emotional at the final moments[/sp]
[sp] By the end of the third episode you already feel little unsure about him since he went out of control on the wife beater. It was needed to be done but not for his anger to be used on someone else. Kind of makes you the viewer wonder if Shane is under control of himself or not. Shane seems to be a good actor, sad that not going to last long.[/sp]
I hope they remember to grab the guns. Also I kinda figured that Racist Francis [sp]left the roof because there was no zombies in the staircase anymore.[/sp]
I watched the first 2 episodes and this is awesome
I hope they remember to grab the guns. Also I kinda figured that Racist Francis [sp]left the roof because there was no zombies in the staircase anymore.[/sp]
[sp]He couldn't go that way because the door was still chained shut.[/sp]
Love it.
This is the perfect series for me. I love zombies and even though a lot of people say "ugh, don't we have enough zombies already?", I honestly can't get enough of zombie movies/games/whatever.
We're only just tapping the potential of Zombies.
So I picked up the first collection of the comics. (For reference, it goes up to [sp]Rick's kid killing Shane.[/sp]) It seems absolutely marvelous. Does the TV show follow the comics' events closely, or is it more of a loose relation?

so on a regular basis there's a guy on justin.tv that streams the episodes on sunday night, and oh my god like 2/3 of the chatroom are ignorant. "that's an american tank because i am a tank operator!!!" "wow this show sucks why aren't there any zombies???" "zombies know how to climb fences and use rocks? NOT REALISTIC!!!"
