[sp]He couldn't go that way because the door was still chained shut.[/sp]
[sp]He never implied Francis went that way down the stairs, but left the roof and zombies lost interest trying to push through the door leading to the roof. I guess he climbed down somehow, but damn he just couldn't do it any other way than harming himself?[/sp]
so on a regular basis there's a guy on justin.tv that streams the episodes on sunday night, and oh my god like 2/3 of the chatroom are ignorant. "that's an american tank because i am a tank operator!!!" "wow this show sucks why aren't there any zombies???" "zombies know how to climb fences and use rocks? NOT REALISTIC!!!"
People need to realize that the show is about the characters and how they cope with their situation and each other, and also that zombies are fictional monsters. There is nothing realistic about them to begin with. Didn't realize what it was until the end of the episode. Watched the whole scene in the encore.[/sp] Guess I'll spoiler that.
Watched it last night... I agree, it was kinda boring but I'm looking forward to see what happens next
There is such a thing as fire escapes. Or he could have jumped onto a platform attached to the building.
Which is the point i was getting at,[sp] I just think he couldn't go down the stairway because they still had to break it open before they could get onto the roof. Reason why i said what i said was because what you said implied that you was talking about the staircase that is chained shut.[/sp] I may have just misunderstood what you mean't.
I loved the first episode, enjoyed the second, not so much the third. I mean, the show itself, is great, super quality; but it just seems... slow. It may just be the fact that I've read the comic - I'm not sure, but it needs to speed up just a bit.

If only he waited for a little longer and he wouldn't have to cut off his hand.[/sp]

Great episode. I enjoy all of the human emotion in the story rather than the actual zombie killing.

IF they got up they would have eaten his hand
I love how we came up with racist Francis. It makes me giggle like a school girl every time.
How did racist Francis get off the roof? nvm I missed the discussion on the previous page.
Yeah I did say that but what I meant by "there were no zombies in the staircase" was that they lost interest and probably tries to follow him another way.
Oh okay, that does make sense.
Are the comics free to read online? I really wanna see em, if yes, where?
I love how we came up with racist Francis. It makes me giggle like a school girl every time.
Now all we need is someone to dub sound clips of L4D over the show and we'll be good.
Now all we need is someone to dub sound clips of L4D over the show and we'll be good.
I support this. Etheir this, or someone makes a soundpack for Francis with Merle Dixon's voice. Or does a parody in Gmod using audio from the show.
Are the comics free to read online? I really wanna see em, if yes, where?
buy them and support the creator scumbag.
Go to Barnes and Noble. Find that one big book that costs $60. Read it. Leave Barnes and Noble. Go home. Post on facepunch about your adventure.
I shall do this tomorrow! Then I will watch the next episode.
Are the comics free to read online? I really wanna see em, if yes, where?
No, go and buy them. Robert Kirkman deserves it.
I've noticed the show follows it enough that it seems to fill in the gaps, not pull away from the plot, I heard they had the writer come in at least for the first episode and he told them what he wish he added in and such
issue 79 comes out tomorrow if the schedule is correct eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
I wonder how much it kills the author of the comic book to see his story changed on TV?
Third episode was good, but it felt like just an introduction to the members of the camp, their was no action. Seeing as there are only 3 more episodes left, I hope the action really picks up. [sp] Although at the end when they find the Brother's chopped off hand was quite a twist, I really liked it. [/sp]

Is the next book supposed to come out on the 23rd? Not the comic, but the next book that has like 4 comics in it (Number 13 I believe.)
hey guys, just a heads up, only spoiler tag stuff from the comics (stuff that hasn't aired yet) speculation aren't spoilers.
i wonder what one handed racist francis is gonna do to that black guy if they find him.
I loved it when that fat guy got beaten at the end after hitting his wife.
It was a bit overkill though. Shane was just pissed about Rick arriving, so he released his anger on Ed.
