Pretty good episode, i liked how they used Surface of the Sun.

Wait I've heard from a friend this season will only be 6 episodes, thats the strangest shit I've heard, is that true? Why so I mean almost every other stops at 22/24 and if they doing it short they go for 11/12. But 6?!
Argh if its true that sucks so much it'd be like 5 months till the next season starts :( and I hope that isn't 6 episodes too.
Making a short first season is a not as risky since you gotta pay for less episodes if no one watches it. Cutting a show mid-season is the most aggravating thing possible.

but this show seems like it has a relatively high production value, and is on a much larger scale than most shows endeavor to achieve
especially in the latest episode that featured an entire building surrounded by corpses
It has only 6 episodes because this is a test show. Second season will have more episodes.
I think they didn't think that they'd get so many views, I know I watch this show on TV all the time.
It's a good show. I hope for the second season they have more money to do crazier stuff, longer season, etc.

the dramatic light was PERFECT
I still really can't tell if I like the changes they've made from the comic; not sure what's better - though my opinion will be biased, since I read the comics before the show.

Whatever happened to Duane? It seemed like Rick cited that as one of the main reasons for going back, but then he like ditched for the guns and the gang.

Yeah he seemed like a really nice guy, would've been nice to find out more about how he predicted the whole thing with the grave-digging.
Plus that black woman, she was a bitch when she just shouted out he'd been bitten. I get she had to call out he was infected but the way she did it god damn. I mean it takes ages too change from what I've seen so far, it's not like he's going to instantly zombify.
