Rigby looks like he could be as fantastic a character as Tennant and Smith were, I still think Daniels or Capaldi could equal him as a great Doctor though.
I remember the brief bitterness against Rigby for taking the BAFTA when Smith was up for it :v: Quite the bonus, now!
Having Capaldi is stretching the "oh just ignore he was another character in the past" thing, being in 1 episode is fine, but not being a big character in torchwood and being in a DW episode.
