If he tweeted about it, it's not him.
If he tweeted about it, it's not him.
Even though I know it wouldn't, it'd still be cool if he was. :D
really hope its capaldi
Damn. I really want it to be Capaldi now. Although I'll probably be okay if it's a surprise person too.
really hope its capaldi
It won't be. Tears will be wept. Tantrums will be thrown. Dissapointment is inevitable. Everybody has spent the last few months coming up with their dream doctor. Everybody stands to be let down. [editline]3rd August 2013[/editline] O'dowd on twitter. His display picture is Susan Boyle. On a serious note, the other times he's been involved in the DW universe: And as Caecilius:

The single greatest moment in Torchwoods entire run.
The single saddest moment in Torchwood's entire run.
I felt so goddamn sorry for his character the entire way through it. The prime minister was basically just acting like the biggest jerk possible to no one except him. Ugh.
The single saddest moment in Torchwood's entire run.
What about the part where Jack fries his grandsons brain?
The single saddest moment in Torchwood's entire run.
What about the part where Jack fries his grandsons brain?
What, the character that couldn't act and that we'd barely seen or grown close to at all over the five episodes? yeah mega sad
Rigby cancelled his Sunday show and Bleeding Cool claims his flatmate got drunk and blabbed about Rigby getting the job.
(by the way Rapist don't think I haven't noticed you rating every single goddamn one of my posts) [editline]3rd August 2013[/editline]
Rigby cancelled his Sunday show and Bleeding Cool claims his flatmate got drunk and blabbed about Rigby getting the job.
do we trust Bleeding Cool
Rigby cancelled his Sunday show and Bleeding Cool claims his flatmate got drunk and blabbed about Rigby getting the job.
everything you post is absolute bollocks until proven otherwise
Rigby is a bit ginger right?
Rigby cancelled his Sunday show and Bleeding Cool claims his flatmate got drunk and blabbed about Rigby getting the job.
What was the show? - there would be a link if true [editline]3rd August 2013[/editline] Also Im pretty sure Dan has been gleefully trolling us all for days now - it maybe bollocks, but we buy into it so hard [editline]3rd August 2013[/editline]
(by the way Rapist don't think I haven't noticed you rating every single goddamn one of my posts)
Same here - he's mine! I saw him first! [editline]3rd August 2013[/editline] The single saddest moment in Torchwood's entire run.
Rigby's show was 15:00 to 18:45. That has definitely been cancelled? Because "the 1830 show" doesn't exist! I can't find any mention of it except Bleeding Cool. The venue has just has it as sold out. Calling BS on that until there's proof. That's not to say it's not Rigby. He can still link in with the show - it's a valid reason for him not to be there. Just a shame if 12 isn't actually at the reveal.
They said there was more info to come before the Sunday show and this is the last midnight (which is when they usually announce stuff) before the show so does this mean more info at midnight? Probably not but a man can dream! :D What I'd LIKE them to confirm is that there will be trailers shown on the show.
What about the part where Jack fries his grandsons brain?
Not as sad imo. A man having to kill his entire family and then HIMSELF (which is made more sad by the fact that he didn't even need to do it since they were saved anyway) is worse than someone killing one child to save everyone else.
I don't want Peter Capaldi. ;-; I just want the person to be like an unknown actor that nobody would expect and hasn't already appeared in the Doctor Who series.
Imagine if on Sunday they revealed John Hurt as the next Doctor and it's just all the theories were completely wrong somehow. Or maybe Matt regenerates and then that version of the Doctor is the one who ends the timewar or something (I'm missing details but you get the basic thought). Obviously that won't happen but it'd be hilarious.
Sorry left you all in the lurch there. I was watching Harry Potter and half reading Gallifrey Base. Saw the Bleeding Cool article being discussed and posted the rough details here. Couldn't post a link as I was on an iPhone.. and watching Harry Potter. Anyway here it is: http://www.bleedingcool.com/2013/08/03/finally-a-ginger-doctor-who/ It's the general word among people actually at the festival that Rigbys 15:00 appearance is cancelled as he "has to be somewhere else". Of course take with pinches of salt. I have that title for a reason. His new look at least breaks the mold of the previous actors so I wouldn't mind.
I don't want Peter Capaldi. ;-; I just want the person to be like an unknown actor that nobody would expect and hasn't already appeared in the Doctor Who series.
I'll do it is it too late to give it a shot
I don't want Peter Capaldi. ;-; I just want the person to be like an unknown actor that nobody would expect and hasn't already appeared in the Doctor Who series.
You'll be hard stretched to find somebody who hasn't been involved in the series in the past. Capaldi was different enough in both appearances that I doubt most people remember him being in it at all, let alone twice. He's an actor with incredible range. In Ladykillers he showed great charisma, humour, charm, and had a wise quality about him. All traits he's never shown before. So he undoubtedly has a huge range. He'd have been perfect as The Doctor, as best you can get with an actor over 50. Many fans were overjoyed at the prospect they could finally get a Doctor older than them. Makes you wonder if the rumours were true and they didn't audition any actor over 40. [editline]3rd August 2013[/editline] I'm literally hoping with all my might it's Capaldi. But I've never believed it, too good to be true. Rigby has seemed like the clear choice for a very long time. [editline]3rd August 2013[/editline] Tom Baker and Peter Davison to appear during live show http://www.radiotimes.com/news/2013-08-03/peter-davison-and-tom-baker-to-advise-new-doctor-who-star-on-live-bbc-show
I'd say it's more likely Rigby now what with the show cancellation.. it just seems to weird.
IF there really is a cancellation. We'll know for certain in the morning.
Tom Baker and Peter Davison advising the 12th Doctor? Will be fun to see. Though it does suggest the actor in question will be there. So it hinges on Rigby's show "cancellation" - which so far has only be cancelled in the eyes of Twitter users.
